The Photoshop-free 33-year-old looked so hot (and blonde and tan) she didn't even need a coat while out on the streets of Manhattan last night.
She's the queen of the world.

Anna Nicole Smith's estranged mother Virgie Arthur is in hot water over alleged unpaid legal bills. She's been summoned to the Bahamas once more because her former attorney Jamal Davis claims she hasn't coughed up the money she owes him.
Davis, who says he helped Arthur obtain an order to keep Dannielynn in the Bahamas while paternity is being determined, told Entertainment Tonight, "We represented her to the best of our abilities. We managed to avoid the child being removed from the Bahamas up until the point of time that we stopped representing her and we haven't received payment for our time and devotion spent on this matter."
"We're just exercising our right as any creditor would do to recover our fees. It's unfortunate we have to take this route," he said.
In other Anna news, on Monday the results of her autopsy will be released.
After a tumultuous reign, former boozer beauty queen Tara Conner passed her Miss USA crown on to Miss Tennessee, Rachel Smith, last night. Conner was almost prematurely dethroned in December, after allegations of wild partying and heavy drinking emerged. It was only after a heartfelt plea to pageant boss Donald Trump and a stint in rehab that Conner was allowed to keep her crown. 
Brit singer and new tabloid princess Amy Winehouse is making frenemies with Lindsay Lohan. Lohan was recently seen purchasing a Winehouse CD, and Winehouse, whose star is rising thanks to a song called "Rehab," recently told Giant magazine that she's worried about Lohan. "I want to coddle that girl. I really want to hug her," she said. She then goes on to poke a little fun at Lohan, adding that "I saw pictures of her coming out of the doctor's [office], and she's crying. She's holding papers in her hand, like, 'Oh, it's a note from my liver saying, "Dear Lindsay, I've gone to Vegas!" Winehouse is no teetotaler herself -- she has quite a rep for putting in booze-fueled performances, and in recent weeks she's canceled several concerts, allegedly for alcohol-related reasons. Today, four-time Oscar nominee Kate Winslet is "genuinely happy" with two beautiful children and loving husband director Sam Mendes. But just as her career was enjoying a meteoric rise, her personal life was sinking to new lows.
Prior to the red carpets and acting accolades, Kate tells Parade magazine she grew up being called "blubber" and sought comfort in the arms of her first love Stephen Tredre.
Regarding Tredre, Winslet says, "He was the most important person in my life. My life revolved around him." In 1994, Tredre was diagnosed with bone cancer and Kate rushed to his side.
In late '97, the same week that the movie that would make her a household name, "Titanic", opened, Tredre died. Kate says it was "unbelievably heartbreaking."
Winslet managed to pick up the pieces and, after a failed marriage to James Threapleton which produced her daughter Mia, eventually fell in love with Mendes. In 2003, the NY-based couple had a son, Joe.
With her career and personal life now at the top of their game, Kate's life couldn't be better. "I love being married to Sam and I love motherhood more than anything."

TMZ has learned that the former Universal Pictures president cum producer is on the verge of drawing a bead on a new Western called"Godless", with Oscar-winning director Sam Mendes ("Jarhead") directing. A spokeswoman for Mendes confirms the project is "one of several he's developing" but noted the film could not begin work on any new film project until next year.
Based on a script by Scott Frank (himself Oscar-nominated for Universal's 1999 crime drama, "Out of Sight"), "Godless" follows a mysterious stranger who's taken in by a widow and her son. When the law catches up with the enigmatic interloper, he turns himself in, but soon enough his old - and rather violent - compadres come looking for him.
TMZ hears offers have also been made to Sean Penn and Joaquin Phoenix to star, but it's unclear if their reps will commence negotiations for the project anytime soon.
If the plot to "Godless" sounds a might familiar, it ought to. It sounds more than a little similar to the upcoming James Mangold ("Walk the Line") remake of "3:10 to Yuma," a classic horse opera from novelist Elmore Leonard. In Lionsgate's "Yuma," as was first reported here, a desperado is apprehended by the local sheriff, but soon after, his gang comes looking for him, too.
No worries about the market becoming besotted with Westerns, however. "Godless" isn't scheduled to begin shooting until May of next year, around the time that "Yuma" should be ready to hit theaters with Russell Crowe and Christian Bale starring.
