On top, a photo taken by a 59-year-old man of Kevin Spacey on the set of his movie, "Casino Jack."
On bottom, a photo taken by the same man after he was allegedly thrown into the bushes for taking said photo.
It's a he said/he said story -- the photog claims he happened upon the film set on Sunday and decided to snap a few pics. That's when he says he was grabbed by the arm, led to the sidewalk, and tossed into the bushes by some guys from the crew. Once he dusted himself off, he claims Kevin Spacey himself told him, "Don't ever take my picture and fight with the crew."
The film crew has a different story. They told the Ontario Provincial Police the photog was anything but an amateur and when he was asked to leave, pushed one of the production assistants away and "struck him in the neck with something." As for the photog falling down -- the P.A. claims the photog stumbled while he was walking backwards up the steps.
The cops took statements from both sides -- there were no injuries and neither side was looking to press charges.
The police report does not mention Spacey at all. We're told Kevin did talk to the photog, but only after he saw the P.A. get assaulted.

Unlike riding in a Ready to Roll limo -- this time Kevin Spacey knew he was being taped as he went to a B'way play last night. Thing is, he didn't want to talk about the limo driver he had for a decade -- who videotaped him sitting in the back seat. And as we reported, Kevin wasn't the only celeb who was taped.

TMZ has learned the names of some of the celebs who have been driven by the limo company that rolled video inside the limo.
As we reported, Ready to Roll has driven Britney Spears, but the A-list is much longer. Other celebs driven by the company include Kevin Spacey, John Goodman, Ethan Hawke, Uma Thurman and many others.
We're told one of the drivers, Kenny Nervik, drove Spacey for more than a decade. Nervik was arrested July 2 and charged with sexually assaulting four kids, all under 16. Three of them were his foster kids.
Ready to Roll would not tell TMZ if the celebs were also audio taped.
We asked Spacey about Ready to Roll tonight as he showed up for a Broadway play in NYC, but he was mum.

TMZ has obtained a photo of Kevin Spacey on a recent outing at NYC hotspot The Plumm, and let's just say the actor was feeling a little like Diddy while hittin' the club.
Spacey hit the Manhatttan club scene to celebrate his Broadway co-star Eve Best's win of a Drama Desk Award for Best Actress. Sources inside the club tell TMZ that Kevin wasn't going for the normal run-of-the-mill vodka in his VIP booth, instead ordering 5 bottles of Cristal champagne. At $800 a pop -- that's $4000 -- ballin'! Owner Noel Ashman was feeling the love, so he sent over another bottle to add to the party! Bottoms up, K dog!
Spacey was also given the extra special treatment ... exclusive access to the club owner's personal bathroom. An Oscar winner should be able to powder his nose in private!

Tom and Katie booked it to New York City yesterday to push a Scientology detox program with a pricey dinner.
TomKat made an appearance at a benefit for the New York Rescue Workers Detoxification Project, a rehabilitation project based on the teachings of, guess who, L. Ron Hubbard. Tickets for the dinner went for $6,250 each, with the money going toward helping city workers who suffered breathing difficulties after 9/11.
Also spotted in New York last night: President Bill Clinton and Kevin Spacey at The Old Vic, where Spacey is performing in "A Moon for the Misbegotten."

On June 28, the world will finally get a good look at perhaps the most anticipated movie hero of the decade. Yes, in just a few short weeks, 'Superman Returns.' Brandon Routh, who plays the dreamy alien hero (as well as his bumbling alter-ego, Clark Kent) has a lot to live up to. Few actors were as beloved as Christopher Reeve, who donned the red cape 25 years ago.
But Brandon has some friends in his corner, including Kevin Spacey and Kate Bosworth, who play Lex Luthor and Lois Lane, respectively. Spacey says, "He embodies what people want out of their Superman."
Bosworth says that after her audition with Routh that she didn't care if she got the role or not, but that "it's going to be such a great film, and you're gonna be great. You really are."
All of that praise doesn't seem to have gone to Brandon Routh's head. Maybe in addition to resembling Christopher in his face, physique and even voice, Brandon also has a bit of the famous Reeve modesty as well.
