In what may be considered one of the dumbest displays of wealth of all time, Soulja Boy just showed the entire planet that he keeps tens of thousands of dollars in an unprotected shoe box in his apartment.
Oh yeah -- did we mention he was just robbed back in December?

SB just posted the arrogant rant on his Twitter page, in response to the story we ran yesterday -- that the rapper's landlord accused him of owing nearly $10,000 in unpaid bills.
So, feeling the need to prove his worth, Soulja whipped out a cache of cheesy-but-expensive jewelry and wads upon wads of $100 bills while one of his friends gave the following play-by-play: "wow .... wow ... wow ... wow."
Hopefully, SB takes a few of those unprotected bills and invests in a bodyguard.

Soulja Boy Tell Em's been living in his luxury LA apartment for less than a year, and he's already accused of being the tenant from hell -- allegedly being too loud, over-crowding his building, and owing nearly $10,000 in unpaid bills.

TMZ obtained a letter the landlord fired off to Soulja Boy late last month which states, "We have received complaints of noise disturbances and guests wandering the hallway and Observation Deck. This is a direct violation of your Lease Agreement."
The letter continues, "Additionally, we were notified that you had over 10 cars parked in guest parking on the evening of September 25th. This is a violation of your lease ... which states, 'You may have no more than two overnight guests at a time unless we provide specific approval.'"
Less than a week after that letter was sent, the landlord followed up with a bill for $9,376.10 in unpaid rent and late fees.
Just last week Soulja was arrested in an abandoned house in Georgia ... maybe he was just looking for a place to move.
We got no comment from his people.

Having "The Man Show's" Adam Carolla for a landlord would be pretty cool ... unless you don't pay up ... then he'll crack down on you with some serious legal firepower.
Turns out Carolla and his wife Lynette own a building in Burbank that they rent to the Lounge 22 furniture company. In docs filed recently in L.A. County Superior Court, Adam claims L22 hasn't paid rent since May -- and on July 2nd, he gave them 3 days to pay up or get out.
The deadline came and went -- and Carolla has since fired off a lawsuit, demanding $44,913.42 in unpaid rent from May, June and July -- plus $499.03 for every day they stayed in the place past August 1st.
It's unclear when -- or if -- L22 left the building, but we're told some furniture is still on the property.

One of Paris Hilton's neighbors hates her so much, he's willing to pay tens of thousands of dollars a month ... to get her out of his hood.
We've learned the neighbor (who we have been asked not to ID) has written a letter to the landlord of the place Paris and her BF Doug Reinhardt are living in -- offering to pay the landlord $5,000 a month more than he's getting now ... if he gives Paris and Doug the boot.
The neighbor says Hiltie is ruining his life. She's lived there a grand total of 5 days ... already cops have been called twice because of loud parties, screaming and yelling, and vandalism.
The house in the Hollywood Hills had been listed at $22,000 a month. So the neighbor is willing to give the landlord $27,000 a month if Paris goes away.
And get this ... we're told the neighbor complained to Doug yesterday about all the ruckus since Paris moved in. Doug said, "This is what you have to expect because Paris and I are public figures."
The cost of a Paris-free zone -- priceless.

Isaiah Washington owes his landlord $100,000 and if he doesn't pay up, he could be out on his ass.

Washington's landlord claims the ex-"Grey's Anatomy" star/homophobe is five months behind on the rent for his home in Venice, California. Washington had signed a lease/option agreement to purchase the property for $3,650,000.
We're told Washington was having a dispute with his financial guy and Washington told his landlord he was in the process of getting his money back so he could pay his rent.
Washington, his wife and kids are still in the house. But the eviction process has begun. Legal papers were filed today. We're told Washington is probably going to move out shortly anyway ... but there's this thing about the $100,000 ...

A two-minute comedy video of Will Ferrell fighting with his landlord would be funny. But when you make the landlord a 2-year-old girl with a temper and a drinking problem, you've got comedy gold.
The viral video is called "The Landlord," a simple production between Ferrell and longtime collaborator Adam McKay. It's McKay's 2-year-old daughter who plays Pearl, Ferrell's verbally abusive landlord with a penchant for beer.
The video appears on FunnyOrDie.com, a website the duo's production company created as a place for them (and other, lesser-known comedians) to show off their short videos.
McKay told the L.A. Times that he's not worried about his daughter picking up bad language: "She's in that phase right now where you can repeat anything to her and she won't remember it." Kids saying "bitch" is always funny.
