Trouble seems to find its way to Lil' Kim -- the freshly free felon/"Dancing" contestant just had her Bentley repo'd last year ... and now the car is at the center of a grand theft auto case. 
TMZ has confirmed the ultra-expensive Bentley actually belonged to record producer Scott Storch, but here's the catch -- dude's lease ran out in '07 and he never gave the car back to the Florida-based leasing company. Instead he gave the car to Lil' Kim at some point in time.
Storch was arrested and charged with grand theft auto for failing to return the car -- and the repo company figured out that he had given it to Kim. Eventually, the repo company went to Kim's place in New Jersey and took it back.
Scott, who's currently in rehab, is set to appear in Broward County Court on May 29. We're told Kim is expected to be a witness in the case.

Lil' Kim is on the wrong show -- she shoulda been on "Deal or No Deal" so she could pay her taxes ... cause melting down a plastic trophy isn't going to make a dent.
The "Dancing With the Stars" contestant reportedly owes $979,090 in delinquent state and federal taxes, according to The Detroit News. Uncle Sam, as well as his cousin's in NY, CA, and NJ, also claims she owes them.
Lil's rep says, " Lil' Kim is paying her tax debt and will continue to do so."
How do you rack up almost a mil in debt when you didn't have to even pay rent for an entire year?

A whole bunch of people got arrested last night at the BET Awards -- by the fashion police!
You might be hearing that Lil' Kim got into a smash-up yesterday in Brooklyn and got popped for driving without a license -- not true. We've heard a different story, and wait 'til you hear who spread the tale.
A source tells TMZ that not only was Lil' Kim not in Brooklyn, she was at her home in Jersey. We're told her mom went absolutely nuts when she heard the news ... on the radio. Shock jock Wendy Williams' radio show was actually giving out the intersection where the alleged accident happened and telling people to take photos of the wreck.
We couldn't get hold of Wendy for comment.

The Northern Jersey town is home to hip hop moguls and rappers like P. Diddy, Lil' Kim and Fabolous. Its proximity to NYC makes Alpine a must have address. Stars who can't stand New Jersey, but who want to avoid the Thirty Mile Zone, are heading to 33139 -- Star Island, located off the coast of Miami. Shaquille O'Neal, Gloria Estefan and Rosie O'Donnell all have homes there, where they can party in nearby South Beach.
Another luscious star-filled locale? Montecito, Calif., 93108, is home to Rob Lowe, Oprah, and her couch-jumping guest, Tom Cruise. Good luck getting into that private community -- homes average around $2 million!

New developments in Lil' Kim's driving drama: A source who was at the scene of Kim's Thursday night pull-over tells TMZ that Crazy Kim told cops that the license plate-free car was a gift from her boyfriend (Ray J?). Kim said that her man sent the Lamborghini on a flatbed from California to NYC. Kimmy then told cops that in California, cars don't need to display license plates. Oh really?
Kim's story changed once more when she told police that she was actually licensed to drive in New Jersey but forgot her license. Turns out she's not licensed anywhere.
During the incident, said the source, Kim stayed calm and cool, but when cameras showed up, whoa Nelly! "She became belligerent, loud and obnoxious. She proclaimed that if she was the average person, this wouldn't have been a problem." Since when is driving without a valid license or license plates not a problem?

R-Rated R&B romeo Ray J was spotted leaving Stage 20 in Los Angeles, hand-in-hand with Queen Bee Lil' Kim -- who was grinning from ear to ear. If you've seen the sex tape, you know why! There's a new and surgically improved Kim on his arm now!
Also in tow was Ray's sis Brandy, looking like a throwback to "Moesha" circa 1998 -- or someone in a Pocahontas outfit! Then out of nowhere pops up a sweaty and scary being that is Suge Knight, who embraced the trio on the street. Gimme some Suge!

Oscar-winner Jamie Foxx and former "Friend" Matthew Perry were spotted at the ESPY Awards after party at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel last night, and sports fan Lance Bass was also among the athletic supporters. "Die Hard 4" star Justin Long said hello, and joked about his upcoming film with Paris Hilton.
"The Hills" stars Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge stopped by Les Deux for Lil' Kim's big birthday bash. Season three of "The Hills" is currently filming and the season kicks off on MTV August 13.

Lil' Kim strutted the green carpet of the CW Winter TCA Party, unfortunately it was her new look that had faces turning green -- and not with envy.
It's common for the Queen Bee to bare a lot of skin, but this seaside cowgirl outfit, bubbled jewelry and piled hair combo should have been left behind bars.
Kim's outlandish style usually receives kudos for creativity, but this getup only gets gasps.
