Brad Pitt further proved he's the coolest dad ever by taking sons Pax and Maddox to a Green Day concert in New Orleans last week.
While it may or may not be a testament to the band's music, Brad made sure the boys' ears were safely covered and plugged.
Apparently, all that punk/pop screeching was enough to rock Pax to sleep.

Most people hit Vegas for the gaming. Brad Pitt goes for the video gaming. 
Brad decided to take his sons Maddox and Pax for a guys-night out in Sin City, where we're told the big highlight of the trip was a trip to In-N-Out Burger -- followed by a serious Nintendo Wii bonding session in their hotel room at the Hard Rock. Sources say the guys ordered up three of the consoles from room service.
We're also told the man-Pitts hit up the MGM Grand at some point in the evening because they wanted to check out the lions.
Meanwhile, Angie and the rest of the clan were all back in NY, probably being boring.

The Jolie-Pitt clan took off from New York last night ... but where the heck was Maddox?!
Though Brad and Ange caused quite a scene outside Madd's pre-school when they picked him up yesterday, when it came time to board their plane, Maddox was nowhere in sight. TMZ spotted Brad holding baby Shiloh, Angelina grabbing onto Zahara, and Pax walking himself into Teterboro Airport in New Jersey. Where's Maddox?!

Fresh cod served with steamed broccoli and couscous -- the main course at a lavish New York gala? Nope. It's what Maddox Jolie-Pitt had for lunch yesterday at his private Manhattan school. Bon appétit!
Little Maddox attends the prestigious Lycée Français de New York on the Upper East side. Cameras captured Angelina taking Maddox to school last week, wearing the latest in private school haute couture. C'est magnifique!
Today, according to the school menu, Maddox can expect to dine on vegetable chunks soup, rotisserie chicken, green bean almondine, white rice, and yogurt or fruit. Kinda makes that Hot Pocket you were going to microwave look pretty bad, doesn't it?

Her big brother Maddox was seen eating hot dogs with dad last week, and big sister Zahara got a carriage ride through Central Park while mom was off doing her UN Goodwill thing in the Middle East. Thursday, it was Shiloh's turn.
The Namibian Gerber baby was seen in the arms of her mother, enjoying the Central Park Zoo, and keeping a watchful eye on the paparazzi. The most exquisite of all celebuspawn looks vaguely familiar.

Brad Pitt got his wish ... sorta.
A day after he told photographers in NYC to back off while snapping pics of him with his children -- suggesting they use a telephoto lens -- Pitt was swarmed while out with son Maddox. The paps (and many random passersby) took a few steps back when Pitt requested it, giving Brad and Mad their space as they ordered some hot dogs from a street vendor.
As they hopped into their waiting SUV next to the cart, a smiling Pitt told a few of the cameramen, "Much better with the kids, you guys are better!"

Maddox Jolie-Pitt rode his dad, Brad Pitt, past the paparazzi and into Mars 2112 -- a themed family restaurant in Times Square -- not the name of the latest Pitt project.
Papa Pitt carried his son all the way inside and then the two spoke with a hostess before -- gasp! -- waiting in line. Don't they have "Ocean's 13" on the Red Planet?
At the space-age dining spot, you ride an elevator decorated like a spaceship while a movie plays that makes you feel like you're flying to Mars. When the doors open, the entire staff is dressed like aliens! Gotta love futuristic father-son bonding.

On day two of classes at Maddox's New Orleans school, hot mama Angelina Jolie was by his side the whole way.
Both mom and son wore gray, which matched the gray day (and the gray car). Apparently, Angie's got a thing for gray... she wore a battleship-colored dress to the Golden Globes.
But Maddox's smile was bright; who wouldn't like being picked up from school by a loving, movie star mom?

Having a famous father definitely has its perks. These are the kids who get to go to movie premieres, travel to exotic locations for film shoots, and can even be spotted on the red carpet during awards season.
But the best thing these kids get -- their daddy's good genes. Will Smith's kids could pass for a mini-version of the superstar, and while Maddox Jolie-Pitt may not look like adoptive dad Brad, it's hard to deny there's a family resemblance.
