The "Dancing with the Stars" pro -- who just broke up with ex-fiance Maksim Chmerkovskiy -- was all over the baseball player last night during the Steel Panther show at the Key Club.
She may be a professional hip-shaker, but the only dancing these two were doing was with their tongues.

When a concerned pap asked Maksim Chmerkovskiy who was driving home last night, the "Dancing" stud said a friend was -- so why was Maks behind the wheel when it was time to go?
TMZ caught a giggly Chmerkovskiy leaving Hyde after a night of partying with his cute younger bro, getting excited when telling photogs that a friend was his driver for the night. Cut to five minutes later -- Maksim is seen getting into the driver's seat -- with a bystander yelling, "Drive safe!" at the bird poop-covered car as it sped off.

Marie Osmond blamed the California wildfires for her collapse on "Dancing with the Stars" last week -- but Maksim Chmerkovskiy has another theory.
Cameras caught the "Dancing" stud shopping on Robertson Blvd. on Saturday, where he told photogs that Osmond likely fainted due to malnutrition -- "They gotta eat, they gotta stop losing weight. All the celebrities are taking it too seriously!"

Dancing with Laila Ali is starting to become a pain for Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
TMZ fittingly spotted the "Dancing with the Stars" hunk at the opening of Romanov Restaurant & Lounge, a new Russian eatery in Studio City, where he told our cameras, "My body is aching and I'm ready for a vacation!" Maks, who is set to dance tonight in his final performance with Laila, also says he has every intention of winning the competition, adding that he won't start to relax "before winning that trophy." Da!
Chmerkovskiy takes on Joey Fatone and Apolo Ohno tonight in the finale, their fate to be decided on Tuesday.
