Debbie Rowe is back at Dr. Arnold Klein's office -- the place she worked for years, helping the doctor treat Michael Jackson.

Rowe went to the office last week -- we're told she went to see another doctor in the office, Dr. David Rish.
Dr. Klein's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told us last night Klein will file legal docs next month, asking the judge to let him voice concerns about the custody of Jackson's kids.

The judge unceremoniously pulled the plug on Dr. Arnold Klein's attempt to insert himself in the Michael Jackson custody case on Monday ... but last night his lawyer told us the doctor will go back for a second round.

Klein's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told us last night outside Boa Steakhouse in West Hollywood he'll file legal papers on Klein's behalf sometime after the beginning of September.
Last Monday, Kaplan went before the judge and expressed Klein's concerns over parenting issues involving Jackson's three kids. There are reports Dr. Klein could be the biological father, but he's never acknowledged it. The judge checkmated Kaplan, noting that Klein had no legal standing to lodge objections to the custody settlement between Katherine Jackson and Debbie Rowe.
But clearly Kaplan has something up his sleeve ...
Stay tuned

Britney Spears has gained more visitation of her two young sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James -- though how much more is unclear.

K-Fed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said after the court hearing today that he wouldn't talk about the custodial timeshare between Brit and K-Fed -- except to say that it is "more than it has been." Kaplan said the modifications to custody made today will be implemented "in the near future" and Kevin's "goal and his hope is his children will have the benefit of having two parents participating actively in their lives."
Jamie and Lynne Spears released a statement that says they were "so pleased with Britney's progress" and "very appreciative" of the court's recognition of her progress.
Both parties will be back in court on July 15.

K-Fed's 60-year-old lawyer is out on the town more than Paris, Lindsay and Brit combined! The powerhouse esquire took a lady friend out last night to STK for dinner and then out to hang with the youngins at Villa.
Get this -- the bouncers asked to see his ID. The guy almost qualifies for the seniors menu at Lenny's Denny's and he's being carded.

K-Fed's lawyer was out at Villa last night -- where he openly spoke about Britney getting custody back, K-Daddy's feelings about the popwreck, and tequila! After dealing with crazazy court cases all week, MVK just wants to have fun!
Elliot Mintz, über-publicist and Kaplan's new media consultant, added his two cents as well. The Brit saga is lookin' up!

Mark Vincent Kaplan officially has a fan. Only problem: The guy thinks he's Britney's lawyer, not K-Fed's!
TMZ was talking to Kaplan about the ongoing custody battle outside Madeo last night in Beverly Hills, when the celeb hunter known as "Yaya" could be heard shouting "I know you're the lawyer. You're the lawyer for Britney!"
Kaplan was a good sport though, and laughed it off after posing for a photo.

After a long day of trying to pry information from Sam Lutfi -- K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, had to answer a couple of questions from TMZ!
The power lawyer had an interesting reaction to the question on everyone's mind: Is Sam Lutfi on the X17 payroll?

In one of the the most ridiculous displays of shameless self-promotion ever, a spokesman for a lawyer repesenting Kevin Federline issued a press release yesterday to promote a dinner "event" featuring Federleezy stuffing his face. Wait -- K-Fed's lawyer has a publicist?!
Several media outlets were invited to cover the "event," to ask Federleezy hard-hitting questions like, "Where do you see yourself in a year?" Kevin smiled and responded, "Making movies!" This is one case where we actually encourage K-Fed to follow his rap dreams instead.
The power-packed press release also said that Federline has forgone his "signature gold chains that he wore around his neck" in place of "a fabulous well-stated sport jacket with open collar shirt." Stop the presses!!!
Buried below the "important" stuff, the release also mentioned that Kevin would like full legal and physical custody of his sons. Who's going to watch 'em when he's out scoring his Oscar?!
The publicist represents Mark Vincent Kaplan, Federline's divorce lawyer. No word on whether he'll also rep Sean Preston in the custody battle.
