Cristiano Ronaldo was manhandled this weekend in Vegas -- and this time, it wasn't by Paris Hilton.

We're guessing the guy giving Euro Greasy a leg massage at the Palms Place Hotel and Spa pool was a personal trainer, but we could easily find quite a few ladies who wouldn't mind doing the job ... for free.

Camera's caught the heiress arriving at her Hollywood home over the weekend, just in time to get a massage from a buff, tattooed hunk.
