Joe Jackson Wants Money from MJ's Estate

Joe Jackson Joe Jackson claims there was "no justification" for him to be excluded from getting money from Michael Jackson's estate ... and now he's asking a judge to grant him a monthly allowance.

Joe just filed papers in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming he's "entitled to his own independent family allowance."

In the docs, Leonard Rowe -- a guy who claims to have been MJ's manager -- says Michael used to give his mother Katherine up to $60,000 a month to live on, and that Michael instructed her to give half of it to Joe.

Joe claims Michael's estate has "earned more than $100 million dollars in the first seven (7) weeks following Michael Jackson's death" and is "well able to afford a family allowance for Joe Jackson."

Joe says he has $15,425 in total monthly expenses, including the following:

the jacksons-- $2,500 eating out
-- $2,000 for air travel
-- $3,000 for hotel bills
-- $1,000 for groceries
-- $1,200 for rent
-- $50 in charitable contributions

UPDATE -- Howard Weitzman, one of the attorneys the Special Administrators for Michael Jackson's Estate, tells TMZ: "The Special Administrators have been made aware that Joe Jackson filed papers asking to be paid a family allowance from the Estate. It was quite surprising to learn of the request. Mr. Jackson's Petition will be considered as are all requests for money from Michael's Estate."

Joe Jackson Allegedly Behind Death Threats

Joe Jackson is accused of running a campaign of terror against a former associate who is trying to prove Michael Jackson had an illegitimate son.

Joe Jackson Allegedly Behind Death Threats

TMZ has obtained a request for a restraining order filed last week against Joe and his son Randy Jackson in San Francisco County Superior Court.

In the docs, a man named Ronnie Newt claims he was threatened by Joe's henchmen after he approached Joe with information that he believed proved Michael is the father of a 12-year-old boy named Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson. In the past, Newt told TMZ that Joe denied the kid was Michael's.

According to the documents, Newt claims "I was told to stay out of the M.J. love child story. That some one could get kill [sic] for that kind of money."

Newt also warns that if he turns up dead in the near future, authorities should suspect foul play. He's demanding the Jackson's and their associates stay 50 yards away from him at all times.

UPDATE:
TMZ spoke with Joe, who tells us the death threat allegations are completely bogus and added, "I haven't even seen this guy since the '80s."

Michael Jackson -- The Urination Explanation

Michael JacksonFinally an explanation as to why Michael Jackson's 1993 accuser could identify the discoloration on the singer's genitals ... Michael liked to pee for an audience.

TMZ has obtained files from the 1993 Santa Barbara molestation investigation. A deputy from the Santa Barbara Sheriff's Department noted the young accuser was able to describe -- in explicit detail -- the discoloration on Jackson's genital area ... the result of Vitiligo, a skin discoloration disorder.

TMZ's Harvey Levin spent 3 hours last Sunday with Dr. Arnold Klein, Jackson's best friend and doctor for decades. Dr. Klein insists Jackson did not molest the boy, and says the reason he could describe Jackson's genitals is because Jackson liked to pee in front of other people. Dr. Klein said Jackson thought it was funny.

Klein says there were numerous times when Jackson would pee in the doctor's home -- in a cup!!! -- around groups of people, including children.

Klein says Jackson would also pee in front of other people in his office.

Dr. Klein says the 1993 accuser saw Jackson peeing and that's why he could identify the genital markings.

MJ's Last Recording - Subject of Creditor's Claim

We've now learned the basis for the latest creditor's claim against Michael Jackson's estate -- and it could be a goldmine.

As we first reported, Audio 4 Video Digital (A4V Digital, Inc.), filed a creditor's claim for $736,502.59. Sources connected with A4V tell TMZ that Jackson had been recording songs shortly before he died and A4V was working on the music at the time of his death.

An A4V source says the company is a co-owner -- along with the estate -- of the copyright for the sound recordings. This could represent the last work of Michael Jackson -- so good, bad or ugly, it could be the royal jackpot.

We're also told A4V was working with Jackson for years before his death and has a stockpile of recordings that have never been released.

MJ Accused of Stiffing Lawyers Out of $1.5 Mil

Michael JacksonA team of Michael Jackson's former lawyers claim the singer owes them more than $1.5 million dollars stemming from an agreement he signed way back in 2007.

The firm -- Mundell, Odlum & Haws -- filed a creditor's claim against Jackson's estate today, explaining how they were never paid back for a $1,144,808.95 promisary note Jackson signed back in 2007. It's unclear what the note was for.

The firm also claims they were never paid for hundreds of thousands of dollars of legal work they performed for Jackson from December 2007 through June 24, 2009 -- the day before Jackson died.

Grand total -- $1,571,768.62 plus interest.

Michael Jackson Fans -- Total Re-Gifters

Michael Jackson was known to be very generous with his fans -- but now some of the people who received gifts from the King of Pop want to turn a profit off his generosity.

A scarf worn by Jackson, a Mercedes he gave to his aunt, and the white glove he wore when he unveiled the Moonwalk in 1983 will all go up for bidding at a NY-based Julien's Auctions event on November 21.

Roughly 80 items on the block are related to Michael, but only 34 of them were originally gifts from Michael to friends and fans.

Other items up for bidding include original handwritten lyrics to "Beat It," and the mold for Michael's "Thriller" fangs.

Arnold Klein Claims Partial Credit for 'This Is It'

Dr. Arnold Klein claims his medical treatments during the last three months of Michael Jackson's life were partly responsible for "This Is It."

Dr. Klein's rep is responding to the story we broke -- that he's filed a creditor's claim for services he performed on Jackson during the last 3 months of his life. Klein wants $48,522.89 for his services -- 179 procedures.

Dr. Klein's rep says the bills were all "valid medical treatment." The statement goes on ... "As anyone can see from viewing "This Is It," Michael Jackson looked great, and this was due, in part, to Dr. Klein's skill, hard work and dedication."

The statement addresses the weekend charge for medical services, claiming Klein needed to rent a helicopter to get to Jackson.

As we reported, on one Saturday Jackson went to Klein's office and got 4 I.M. Injections for a minor Restylane treatment -- we're told an I.M. Injection is typically a Demerol injection.

In the statement, Klein says he'll donate any money he receives from the estate to a charity that provides assistance to inner city kids with HIV.

Michael Jackson/Leonard Rowe

Rowe says this year, he incurred $51,218 in expenses which include hotels, car rental, food and airline tickets.

And, included in the legal docs ... the agreement that Jackson allegedly scribbled on and signed.

Three-Sided 'Thriller' Assault on Jackson Estate

Michael Jackson's estate was hit with three major creditor's claims today -- and they're all from people who claim MJ owed them tons of cash from "Thriller."

First up: John Landis -- the guy who wrote and directed the "Thriller" video and documentary back in 1983. Landis claims Jackson owed him more than $400,000 from a deal MJ made to take "Thriller" to Broadway -- a deal Landis said MJ didn't have the authority to make in the first place without his consent.

Next up: The company who hired Landis to do the "Thriller" gig also filed legal documents. Levitsky Productions claims they weren't paid profits they were entitled to from the music video in more than 4 years. They want more than $1,000,000.

Lucky #3: George Folsey Jr. -- the guy who produced the "Thriller" music video and documentary. Folsey claims Jackson stiffed him out of his cut of Thriller-related merchandise -- such as video games, toys, comic books, DVDs, CDs, dramatic and musical works and more. Folsey Jr. also wants more than $1,000,000.
