Before you get all judgmental over what appears to be Disney do-gooder Billy Ray Cyrus flipping the bird to cameras -- take a closer look ... it's a total optical illusion.


In what looks like a failed attempt at a Miley peace sign, Billy accidentally sent another hand message to his fans in NYC last night. At least, we think it's an accident...

For his next trick, Billy Ray will make his Kelly Clarkson shag and soul patch disappear.

Asians Want $4 Billion From Miley Cyrus

A Los Angeles woman has filed a class action suit against Miley Cyrus, claiming she mocked Asians in a recent photo by slanting her eyes. Price tag: $4 billion.



Lucie J. Kim claims to represent more than 1 million Asian Pacific Islanders who live in L.A. County. Kim claims when Cyrus posed for the photo, she "knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life, specifically TMZ."

Kim says in the suit, filed Wednesday in L.A. County Superior Court, that each Asian Pacific Islander is entitled to the minimum damages for a civil rights violation -- $4,000. Add it up -- $4 billion!

Kim says Miley's "just a kid" defense doesn't fly. She says it's like Paris Hilton claiming to be just a kid. Ouch.

Miley's peeps could not immediately be reached for comment.

Old Country dog Billy Ray Cyrus is learning a new trick, but it doesn't take a magician to make dog poop disappear. After TMZ's, er, scoop about Billy's crappy pick-up habits, the once mullet-ed Cyrus must have felt the pressure building around his recent indecent shortcomings, as he was spotted sackin' a fresh doodie in his Toluca Lake neighborhood over the weekend.

The Kentucky native, who's best career moves both came in 1992 (Achy Breaky hits #1; had daughter and "Hanna Montana" futurestar Miley) must have wanted to shed his raunchy reputation for leaving his doggy's leavins by getting down and doing the dirty work.

Looks like Billy's new album isn't the only thing picking up steam!
