Just hours before her dad got busted for allegedly smacking her mom, Hayden Panettiere was in a minor bust-up of her own -- when her Milo-driven getaway car ran right over a photog's foot outside Beso!
BTW -- Hayden's mom, Lesley, was AT the event AT the restaurant with the happy-looking couple, before cops were called to her home later that night.

Sources tell TMZ the "responsible" people in Britney's life are trying to convince her to voluntarily enter a mental hospital.
We're told there's now a consensus -- she'll never get custody of her kids unless she undergoes intensive, in-patient treatment for what appears to be a severe bipolar disorder. But we're told Spears is resisting and does not want to enter a hospital.
And sources say that since her release from Cedars, Brit has "pulled it together, at least on the surface." She is coherent and engaged, but will not voluntarily enter a mental facility -- at least for now.
The statement goes on, "Clearly, it is not just Britney's family struggling to find a way to protect adult children who cannot be ordered or compelled to seek help.
No, they weren't K-I-S-S-I-N-G, but "Heroes" co-stars Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia were looking pret-ty cozy last night after the Emmy Awards.
TMZ cameras caught the twosome walking arm-in-arm outside of HBO's after-party. When our cameraman approached the duo and asked if they were dating, Hayden got defensive, sassily saying, "I'm holding onto him because I'm about to fall over in these heels!"
The photog smoothed things over with Hayden by telling her she looked "gorgeous" -- Panettiere flashing a smile before taking off with her man co-star.

"Heroes" cheerleader Hayden Panettiere was mistaken for Lindsay Lohan last night -- and was she ever pissed!
TMZ spotted Hayden leaving Hollywood hotspot L Scorpion last night with co-stars Milo Ventimiglia and Leonard Roberts, when a confused onlooker shouted out, "Give 'em hell Lindsay!" When one of the paps reiterated the fan's mistake, a huffy Hayden yelled back, "Don't ever call me that again!"
Somehow, the Lilo fan didn't hear Hayden clearly and called her Lindsay again! Before Hayden could fire up her vocal chords to respond a second time, a paparazzo screamed a string of choice obscenities to the confused Lilo fan.

Isaiah Washington: All that was missing backstage in the moments following the "Grey's Anatomy" win for Best Television Series - Drama, was Sacha Baron Cohen in full Borat costume asking his favorite "Anatomy" star a follow-up question. Unlucky for Washington, it wasn't Borat ... it was E! gossip columnist Ted Casablanca, who stations himself at the very front of major awards show interview rooms to ask the lion's share of the open session questions. For example, at the 2003 Emmys, in the wake of Garry Shandling and Brad Garrett's French kiss, he demanded to know, with a straight face, how each successive winner would live out their same-sex fantasy. This time around, Bruce Bibby (Casbalanca's real name) inadvertently hit paydirt, and we do mean dirt, when his seemingly innocent question prompted Washington to shoot T.R., again. Compounding the egregiousness of Washington's 'Eek!' moment: the fact that Casablanca is himself openly gay.

Sly Stallone is still the man, and he proved it yesterday.
He patiently went toe to toe with mobs of fans in Hollywood at last night's premiere of "Rocky Balboa," signing autographs and smiling for photogs. Thirty years since Rocky first stepped into the ring, the Italian Stallion proved he's still a knockout.
Also showing up for the premiere: Three 6 Mafia walked by in a Steel City cap, James Caan, and Jason Hervey of "The Wonder Years." Benjamin McKenzie showed his face, along with handsome "Rocky" co-star Milo Ventimiglia, who scribbled his name for fans.
Also out for the night: former teen idol Frankie Avalon, and the most politically incorrect man we know; Bill Maher, along with a guy anyone would want in their corner -- Paulie (aka Burt Young) himself!

"Heroes" is a new drama from NBC about a group of ordinary people who discover they possess extraordinary abilities. Milo Ventimiglia, Masi Oka and Ali Larter play three of these "extraordinary" people.
Milo Ventimiglia stars as Peter Petrelli, a young man who tries to convince his politician brother that he can fly. "There's this fear and excitement," Ventimiglia explains, "that you have this gift, but you're terrified to use it because you've never used it before."
Niki Sanders, played by Ali Larter, is a single mother trying to making ends meet in Las Vegas. She begins to get the feeling she is being followed, but it's her mirror image that appears to have a secret. "One thing about her is that she has a dark and violent nature," Larter says. "That dark and violent nature has something to do with her reflection."
Meanwhile in Japan, Hiro Nakamura, played by Masi Oka, learns that he can bend time and space. Oka says there is something that separates his character from the rest: "When I find out I have these powers, I already believe it."
"Heroes" premieres Monday September 25 at 9PM ET.

Terry, this is absolutely NOT true! According to Chris Snyder, Jaleel's manager, he is "alive, working and very happy." In fact, Jaleel just finished filming for the movie 'Dreamgirls.' White will also begin working in the comedy 'Kissing Cousins' next week, in which he plays a father in the Navy who returns home for the birth of his new baby. Today's your lucky day, April! As confirmed by her publicist earlier this week, Alexis is not dating former 'Gilmore Girls' co-star Milo Ventimiglia. Now although the WB is packing up, you can still expect to see Alexis starring as Rory Gilmore on the new CW network when the show begins airing again this fall.
