Even inanimate objects in Britney Spears' world get sued -- kinda sorta.
Brian Jones was hired by Coldwell Banker back in 2006 to take pics of an L.A. house that was on the market. Who cares, you ask? Apparently OK! Australia cared enough to splash the photos in its mag. The reason -- one Britney Spears bought the pad in December 2006.
According to the copyright infringement suit filed in Federal court, Jones wants unspecified damages because OK! used the pics without his permission.
P.S. Britney is moving on to greener pastures. The house is on the market.

More celebrity cash cows, er, babies have been born!
TMZ has learned Honor Marie Warren, celebuspawn of Jessica Alba and hubby Cash Warren, is now $1.5 million richer thanks to OK! Magazine.
We're hearing the two-part deal consists of pictures of the baby now, and one other "event" -- Christmas, Thanksgiving, vacation, etc. Our spy said Jessica initially turned down the offers of several weekly mags, not wanting to sell, but eventually caved.
One-month-old Honor, we're told, is just "adorable" and the pictures, taken this week, are "so cute."

The bidding for the Brangelina twins pics has reached a whopping $15 million -- and will probably go a lot higher.
Our magazine spies tell us only PEOPLE and OK! are left standing in the bidding war. One spy says the pics are so valuable they would "print blank pages" the rest of year to get them.
Can a weekly mag actually recoup all that cash? Probably not, but it doesn't matter. The prestige is what counts.
No deal has been inked yet. Brad's peeps didn't return our calls. A PEOPLE rep says, "We'd love to see the photos in PEOPLE. We wish the family well" OK!'s rep refused to address a dollar figure, but admits they'd be "foolish" not to make a play for the photos.
We're told the $$$$ Brad and Angie get will go to charity.

John Coulter, the uber hot priest from BritBrit's album booklet and man thong underwear model, was spotted last week walking the streets of NYC with OK! Magazine's Shauna Bass. Loose lips!
Is it possible that John was revealing all the juicy details from his photo shoot with Britney?
We've seen John's juicy details, and approve.

TMZ has learned that Britney's self-arranged photo shoot and interview with OK! Magazine was a complete disaster. We're told that the photos are so bad, execs at the magazine are, at this moment, trying to decide whether to report what actually happened -- or sanitize the truth to protect the pop train wreck.
According to multiple sources, Britney's behavior during the interview was "nothing less than a meltdown." She was, according to our sources, "completely out of it" during the shoot. The photos are "so bad" we've learned, that to publish them could "kill her career."
Apparently, Brit Brit's eyes rolled back in her head at one point, causing her to look half dead. Her mood, we're told, was extremely erratic. She took frequent bathroom breaks our source says, and each time she returned her mood would change. She was also completely paranoid during the entire interview, fearing at one point the ceiling was about to cave in on her. Out of control y'all!
We've also learned that Brit had some issues with hygiene on the set as well. At one point, Britney ordered up some fried chicken to munch on. We're told after she chowed down, she wiped her hands on a several thousand dollar dress that she was wearing for the shoot, staining it with grease. Yuck! One of her dogs also needed some assistance in the housebreaking department. Our on-set spy says that the dog pooped all over the floor, and Brit used (what else?) -- a dress to clean it up! How trashtastic!

Eva Longoria sashayed into Cartier on Rodeo Drive yesterday to pick up some bling -- and why not? Reports are that OK! magazine will pay the not so desperate future basketball housewife $2 million for her wedding pix! Score!
Paps asked Eva if she was buying a ring for hubby/baller Tony Parker -- but she said, "It's bridesmaid gifts." It's a blingin' gig being a bridesmaid at this shindig!
The wedding/payday goes down July 7 at French castle Chateau Vaux-le-Vicomte. I-do-cha-ching!
