Seacrest Attacker Pleads Guilty, Gets Jail Time

The guy who allegedly choked Ryan Seacrest's bodyguard outside of the Children's Hospital in Orange County on Tuesday just pled guilty to three misdemeanors.

Chidi Uzomah -- who appeared in Orange County Superior Court today via a television feed -- pled guilty to battery, assault and possession of a switchblade.

He was put on three years probation and must "destroy" all weapons he owns. He was sentenced to 15 days in jail with 4 days credit for time already spent behind bars. But if he messes up, then he could get six months in jail or a $1,000 fine.

The judge said he must stay away from the Children's Hospital and Ryan Seacrest.

Rampage Back on the Loose

Watch out pedestrians -- Quinton "Rampage" Jackson was just released into the wild.

Rampage led police on an insane chase yesterday that left him face down in the middle of the street with cops' guns pointed at his head. He was refused from an Orange County jail for being "medically unfit" and sent to an O.C. hospital -- handcuffs and all.

Rampage was treated and released on $25,000 bail.

Snoop's Wife -- Not Stoned Enough

Snoop DoggHow stoned is too stoned?

Snoop's wife, Shante Broadus, was pinched last month for suspicion of driving under the influence of marijuana -- but the Orange County District Attorney has rejected the case because there's not enough evidence to prove her driving was impaired.

Apparently being Snoop Dogg's wife isn't enough evidence.

Even Less Reality With Virtual "Laguna Beach"

The kinda-reality-but-mostly-staged MTV hit "Laguna Beach: The Real OC" has gotten even less real. MTV launched the "Virtual Laguna Beach" today so that we can all participate in the good life on the sun-baked beaches of Orange County.
Virtual Laguna Beach
It's Second Life meets Laguna Beach as MTV tries to expand its presence online. MTV is giving users the ability create their own personal hot-bodied, fashionable avatars. (Avatars are the virtual representation of a user, in this case the character created for use in a virtual world) The idea is to create a virtual online community akin to MySpace which allows users to interact at the hot spots made famous by the TV show.

If the idea of missing "Laguna Beach: The Real OC" because you're too busy mingling with your Virtual Laguna Beach avatar gives you cold sweats, never fear. You can watch video clips from the show in virtual theaters.

The only drawback is that the avatars only have the ability to kiss- nothing more. "The lips touch, but the bodies don't," according to MTV's Senior VP Matt Bostwick.

Unfortunately, you'll have to virtually keep it in your pants.

The Hoff Loves "Vegas"

David HasselhoffDavid Hasselhoff brought Sin City to the OC this weekend, making a rare appearance at the Orange County, Calif. hotspot Club Vegas.

The Hoff made a grand entrance as a favor to his old "Baywatch" buddy Jeremy Jackson. Jackson, who played David's son Hobie on the TV series, invited him down to the OC club to make a guest appearance. Sources inside the club told TMZ The Hoff acted more like Diddy, scooping up a prime VIP table and inviting locals to join him for a night they would never ever forget. (F.Y.I.): tables in Club Vegas' VIP lounge for you and seven friends, generally cost upwards of $1000).

Amidst the blaring music and starstruck patrons, the actor was smiling and laughing while he chatted up his new friends. One source also says The Hoff was very interested in one of his male guest's full-sleeve tattoos.

But don't go thinking The Hoff bellied up to the bar. An insider tells TMZ the sober Hasselhoff was sipping all night on sugar-free Red Bull.
