Getting your hair did at the celeb favorite Ken Paves Salon comes with a lot of extra perks ... like a parking ticket.
On Thursday, Hilary Duff became the latest in a long line of freshly blown out celebs to find an expired meter and a citation after leaving the WeHo hair studio.
Looks like the 22-year-old "Gossip Girl's" weave wasn't the only thing that needed a little change.

Terrell Owens faced the wrath of a ticket-writing parking enforcer behind Sunset Plaza after leaving his decked out Bentley in a no-no spot.
It was unclear if he cried about it.
FYI -- You don't have to brand your car with a DUB logo to prove you're rollin' on dubs.

Two weeks after she was behind the wheel in a fatal crash, it looks like Brandy had more car trouble.
After shopping at The Bodhi Tree Bookstore on Melrose Avenue last Friday, a smiling Brandy returned to her car, unaware of what appears to be a parking ticket on her windshield.
She then jumped into her ride and drove off without even noticing the ticket.
Coincidentally, the DVD she purchased was about the power of positive thinking.

Jennifer Garner can smile and look cute all she wants, but she's still gonna have to pay the parking ticket she got over the weekend.
The former "Alias" star was spotted by photogs while feeding a meter, but she didn't watch the clock. On returning to her silver Lexus SUV, she found the violation on her windshield.
We know "Elektra" didn't do well at the box office, but we're guessing she can cover the fine. Appropriately, her next feature is "Catch and Release." Oh, and she can park it here anytime.
