Nothing ruins a good friendship like money -- so it's safe to say Pierce Brosnan and Quentin Tarantino won't be talking to Michael Madsen anytime soon.
Seems Madsen is in debt to both guys big time. According to bankruptcy documents Madsen filed earlier this month, he owes $25,000 to 007 -- but he's into QT for a cool $1 million!
Pierce and QT shouldn't hold their breath while they wait for the "personal loans" to get paid back -- Madsen is almost a total of $4 million in the hole, and the docs say his net monthly income is $-3,392.

No offense to Daniel Craig, but with Barack Obama headed to the White House, our photog thought James Bond could go Black -- and while our guy listed off any Black actor he could think of, one 007 had a more obscure dude in mind.
Slight problem -- Colin already played another MI6 agent in three existing Bond films.

It's not like we needed a reason to rewatch Pierce Brosnan eating sand after a paddleboarding spill in June -- it's just that amazing. So when we saw him outside of Nobu last night, we just had to ask.

The photog who says he suffered a Pierce Brosnan beatdown at a mall in Malibu last October, has had his case dismissed.
Rob Rosen tells TMZ, "The terms are confidential, but both parties are happy with the outcome." Not so fast says Pierce's attorney!
Brosnan's peeps tell us the case was voluntarily dismissed -- NOT settled -- and the terms are NOT confidential. We're told Rosen did not receive and will not receive any money, and let the case go after Brosnan agreed not to sue him. Nobody messes with James Bond!
Rosen had claimed the star "punched, hit, struck and attacked" him.

John Stamos is excited to get a star on the Walk of Fame -- so long as it's not near Bob Saget's. He shouldn't worry too much, Bob doesn't have one.
Also in L.A.: Jon Voight talked Angelina, Beyonce made a made dash from American Apparel, Traci Bingham smacked her own ass and Paula Abdul was got a pitchy birthday serenade.
In NY: Anne Hathaway gave paps the silent treatment, Abigail Breslin was swarmed for autographs, D-lister Kathy Griffin said she's never been to Casa Aramara, and Mario Lopez was asked about gettin' it on during the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. Shiver me timbers!

L.C.'s birthday bash was likely ruined when her on screen real life nemesis, Kristin Cavallari, showed up at Goa nightclub where she was partying with Lo -- the drama!
Also in L.A.: "Fantastic Four" hottie Chris Evans showed his New England pride, Pierce Brosnan exclaimed his love of noodles, and DJ Qualls -- who gave his pick for president ... sorta.

Pierce Brosnan has no problems with the paps -- well, yeah, except for that one time -- but his young son Paris isn't as camera-friendly.
The former Bond and his 11-year-old son, in matching leather jackets, were outside Madeo last night ... and while Pierce signed away and chatted up photogs, Paris was quickly ushered into their car after complaining about all the attention.

Pierce Brosnan and his wife, Keely Shaye Smith, had a whale of a time on the island of Kauai on Wednesday.
Pierce was also spotted horsing around in the sand with one of his sons. This family clearly has a lot of love to give.

The photog who claims that Pierce Brosnan sucker-punched him at a Malibu mall just brought a lawsuit to 007's door, alleging assault and battery. Stirring, indeed!
In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the pap, Robert Rosen, claims that Brosnan "punched, hit, struck, and attacked" him in the tiff on Oct. 26 (and those are different how?) and that somehow, the alleged attack was "excessive, unlawful, malicious," and so forth, causing him to "lose earnings in the future." As for the legality of the incident, the DA declined to press charges.
The suit seeks undisclosed damages for the assault and battery, and for negligence. In a statement, Rosen's lawyer calls Brosnan "out of control." Brosnan's lawyer couldn't immediately be reached for comment.

Pierce Brosnan is being investigated for sucker punching a paparazzo after being asked about playing James Bond -- but the details just don't add up!
Photog Rob Rosen tells TMZ he was being nice to the former 007 star -- who was walking around a Malibu shopping center last Friday -- when suddenly, "his eyes went crazy" and Pierce shouted, "Why don't you just get the f**k out of my face!"
The photog also tells us he was talking to Pierce's son and some of the boy's friends before Brosnan went off -- possibly triggering the fight. Watch TMZ TV tonight for more of the interview with Rosen. Check local listings.
