Wearing a top found on a Poison tour bus back in the '80s and a multicolored skirt reconstructed from a pair of old lady ruffled bloomers -- emo princess Kristen Stewart avoided her hairstylist and walked the red carpet at a "New Moon" event in London on Tuesday.

Someone needs to drive a wooden stake through the heart of this.

Here's Poison guitarist/relic Bruce Anthony Johannesson aka C.C. Deville at the Tony Awards on Sunday (left) -- and original MTV VJ Nina Blackwood back in the day (right).

Both of them were big in the '80s ... and one still is.
We're just sayin'.

It sure wasn't "nothing but a good time" at the Tony Awards for Bret Michaels last night -- because after performing in the opening number, dude ran smack into a falling set piece and landed flat on his ass.

A spokesperson for the Tonys tells the AP Michaels just "missed his mark" but wouldn't comment on any injuries except to say his nose wasn't broken.

Poison is set for a new tour this summer, but first they're getting the band back together to sue their record label!

According to a lawsuit filed today in L.A. Superior Court, the band claims Capitol Records stiffed 'em -- underpaying them royalties for years. They also claim they were shortchanged by EMI Music Marketing over a deal they made in 2005 for their greatest hits album, which featured a new track entitled "We're An American Band."
They're suing for breach of contract and seeking damages in excess of $25,000.

Rikki Rockett says he'll be having nothin' but a good time after being cleared of felony rape charges.
On his MySpace blog, the Poison tubthumper says he has been "exonerated" of the charge after the Neshoba County, Miss. DA declined to indict him because, among other things, he wasn't even in the state when the alleged incident went down. What's more, Rikki claims he was the victim of an impostor named John Minskoff, whom Rik says is a "career criminal" who impersonated him and sexually pursued the alleged victim.
We've contacted Neshoba County officials for comment, but haven't heard back just yet.

We asked Poison's Rikki Rockett about the rape allegations pending against him -- roughly 10 feet in front of his current girlfriend.
Awkward much?

Aging heavy metal rockers need love too ... even former teen idol Bret Michaels. Wanna watch?

Bret, 44, front man for the '80s rock band "Poison," has been tapped to join the likes of Flavor Flav in a search for true love -- as videotaped for a TV audience. Welcome to VH1's new viewing for the lovelorn hasbeen, "Rock of Love with Bret Michaels."
TMZ has obtained the first photo of charming, erudite ladies from whom Bret will be choosing as he tries to find his one true, um, love. Sources close to the show say, "He is looking for a woman who can truly keep up with his rock-n-roll lifestyle and not become jealous of his one true passion -- performing -- which has been the reason for and destruction of most of his relationships." Every thorn has his rose.
"Rock of Love with Bret Michaels" premieres Sunday, July 15 at 9:00 PM.

Poison was the ultimate "hair metal" band of the '80s, known for wild times on and off stage. Years later, at least one of these bad boys is settling down into a paternal role. Guitarist, and recent Surreal Life Season 6 star, C.C. Deville is set to have his first child with long time girlfriend Shannon Malone. TMZ hears they are very excited over what will be the first child for both. The mom-to-be says everything is going great so far, and describes pregnancy as "an amazing process."

Shannon is no stranger to the spotlight herself. The blonde bombshell is a regular on the pages of Stuff and other "lad" mags and she's had some acting success as well. Most recently, she played along side Clint Howard as "Jasmine" in the soon-to-be-released horror flick "Bid Bad Wolf," which just screened in Hollywood last week. Shannon has also guested on "The Chelsea Handler Show" and "Las Vegas." You may also recognize her from various music videos for big names like Sugar Ray, Cisqo and Marilyn Manson.
While the bouncing baby isn't due until March, C.C. and Shannon are already thinking about taking a break from the Hollywood scene for a while. The couple may head east to Shannon's hometown of Philadelphia to have the baby, where she can get her hands on her favorite food: cheesesteaks! She'll need to double up since she's now eating for two! Congrats.
