TMZ caught the putzly pseudo-Prince outside the Ivy yesterday, where he bashed Federline, saying, "He doesn't have an income, he's a f**king loser!" ... this from a man who's been leeching off Zsa Zsa Gabor for the past 21 years!

TMZ's favorite wannabe-prince -- Frederic von Ahole -- actually did something good yesterday, when he donated 200 turkeys to charity, but wife Zsa Zsa did not show. He also had his PR firm issue a press release announcing the selfless deed.

Prince Frederic Von Anhalt entered a lab in Los Angeles today to get a DNA test ... because he felt like it.
Zsa Zsa Gabor's hubby and alleged Anna Nicole Smith lover went to Identigene Lab to take the test he hopes will prove he's Dannielynn's daddy. Though he has no sample of Dannielynn's DNA to analyze against, and no court order demanding he take a test in the first place, Von Anhalt apparently wants it ready to go if his paternity case continues.
The Prince says he slept with Smith in January 2006, when the baby was likely conceived, and will take responsibility for the little girl should she prove to be his, although he has not mounted any formal challenge in the Bahamas.
The results of Larry Birkhead's DNA test will be known early next week, but could be held pending further legal maneuvering by Howard K. Stern.

Prince Frederic Von Anhalt, one of the men claiming to be the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby, is royally pissed over a few choice words that Bill O'Reilly used to describe him on air, and now he wants $10 million to ease his pain.
In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, the prince says that O'Reilly called him a "fraud," among other things, during a February 23 broadcast.
Von Anhalt claims that O'Reilly "knew that the statements were false," and used them to "directly injure his reputation in a substantial portion of his community."
The prince is the 9th and current husband of Zsa Zsa Gabor.
A rep from FOX News tells TMZ, "We haven't received the lawsuit yet, therefore we cannot comment."

Sources tell TMZ that Zsa Zsa Gabor might be a virtual prisoner in her Bel Air home. We're told she doesn't leave the house and is not allowed to have visitors. Is the "Prince" preventing any contact with the much-married star of "Queen of Outer Space?" She has not been seen in public for over two years.
A source tells TMZ that Zsa Zsa's own daughter, stand-up comic Francesca Hilton, is not permitted to see her mother, because her ninth husband, the "Prince," keeps strict guard on the former Miss Hungary of 1936, who is now 90. Zsa Zsa was last spotted in 2005, when a German tourist photographed the couple on a Beverly Hills street. It led to an alleged assault on the tourist by the "Prince," -- subsequently sued by the tourist, who was hospitalized with injuries. The litigation is ongoing.
A German princess adopted and transformed the former Hans Robert Lichtenberg into one Frederic Prinz von Anhalt in 1980 when he was about 50; exact arrangement unknown. He married Gabor in 1987, making her Princess von Anhalt and Duchess of Saxony, and of course, Queen of Outer Space, and him a possible Anna Nicole Baby Daddy, and he says it almost made Anna Nicole a princess by adoption, but Zsa Zsa wouldn't sign the papers, dah-ling.
