Michael Vick's days as quarterback might be over -- because last night in Virginia, the former dogfighting Atlanta Falcon told our Fantasy Football playin' photog to mark him down as a "tight end."
Ironically, that was also his nickname in prison.

Attention Fantasy Football Nerds: TMZ shot footage of Michael Vick in Chicago last night -- which begs the million dollar question ... is Vick destined for Da Bears!?
Dude wasn't in the mood to talk when we spotted him at O'Hare Airport in Chi-Town -- but with rumors swirling that he's close to a deal with a mystery NFL team, this footage could be a HUGE clue.
The message here: If your commissioner is stupid enough to hold an early draft, don't select Jay Cutler just yet...

A woman claims Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger lured her into a hotel room, then sexually assaulted her, according to a new lawsuit.
Andrea McNulty claims in her civil lawsuit filed in Washoe County, Nevada, this year's Super Bowl winner asked her to come to his hotel room in July, 2008 -- and then forced her to have sex with him.
McNulty -- an employee at the Harrah's Hotel in Lake Tahoe -- is suing for sexual assault and battery, false imprisonment and infliction of emotional distress.
Ben denies all of McNulty's allegations. Roethlisberger's lawyer told ProFootballTalk.com, "The timing of the lawsuit and the absence of a criminal complaint and a criminal investigation are the most compelling evidence of the absence of any criminal conduct."
Roethlisberger was in Nevada at the time of the alleged incident for a celebrity golf tournament.
Coincidentally, Big Ben was photographed in Nevada this weekend for a different celebrity golf tournament, in which he shot a few rounds with Michael Jordan (see photo below). 
Ben was reportedly served with the legal papers at some point over the weekend -- but so far it's unclear if he got the papers before or after the tourney.

In a presser today, police in Nashville, TN revealed the following about the death of Steve McNair -- an investigation they're saying "clearly points to a murder-suicide."
- Sahel Kazemi told friends her life was "all messed up" and she was "going to end it all" before the incident.
- Kazemi was extremely stressed -- she had two car payments, her roommate was moving out and she recently started thinking McNair was seeing someone else (he was actually married).
- The shell casings match the weapon purchased by Sahel and there was trace evidence on her left hand.
- The lack of struggle, Steve's position on the couch and the trajectory of the bullet leads police to believe McNair was "likely asleep" on the couch when he was shot.

We just spoke with Tennessee assistant medical examiner Dr. Feng Li, who tells us preliminary test results in the Steve McNair death show Sahel Kazemi fired the gun that killed both of them.
Feng -- who conducted autopsies on the two bodies -- told us he was able to make the determination from the crime scene investigation, police interviews, autopsy findings and preliminary lab results -- which include a gunshot residue test.

TMZ has obtained photos of Steve McNair and Sahel Kazemi on vacation together about three months ago.
In the photos, McNair and Kazemi can be seen parasailing together on some kind of beach getaway. It's clear the two had some sort of special relationship.
McNair and Kazemi were both found shot to death in Tennesee yesterday -- McNair's body was riddled with bullets, Kazemi suffered just one shot to the head. Authorities say a gun was found very close to her body. Officials won't classify the incident as a murder/suicide just yet ... but so far, the facts seem to point in that direction.
McNair, a former NFL MVP who was married with four children, was 36 years old.
UPDATE -- Detectives for the Nashville PD say they've been told McNair and Kazemi "had been in a dating relationship" for several months. And while it is clear they can rule McNair's death a homicide, detectives have not yet classified Kazemi's death, pending further investigation.

It doesn't matter how you felt about him as a quarterback, you have to root for Todd Marinovich now -- 'cause the dude is going to be a dad. 
TMZ cameras spotted a cleaned up Marinovich rolling out of an OC courthouse yesterday -- along with his pregnant wife Alix -- where a judge decided the former NFL bust was on pace to graduate drug court in June.
Marinovich was ordered to participate in drug court as part of his probation stemming from a a 2007 drug bust in which he was caught with narcotics and a hypodermic needle.
Todd is expected to be back in court next month -- no word on when his wife is expecting to give birth.

The New York Jets dropped some serious jack on QB Mark Sanchez hours after picking him fifth in this weekend's NFL draft.
TMZ has learned the Jets spent $13,488 to fly Mark and five other family members first class -- LA to NY Saturday night. Gang Green also picked up the tab for a business class seat and two coach tickets (Mark's nephew and sis-in-law drew the short straws).
Sounds like the Jets are going all out to match the pampering Sanchez got as BMOC at USC.

It looks like former Atlanta Falcons QB and current dog-killing inmate Michael Vick is following in O.J. Simpson's footsteps -- he's shopping around a book about his life and crimes.
The proposed memoir of Vick's rise from poverty to stardom would likely be an attempt to show the NFL that he's sorry enough to be let back in the league. You know, sorry about the dogs, dog fighting and dog imprisonment, but also sorry for going to jail for 23 months. Remember, this is the NFL... it's almost impossible to get suspended forever. They still like O.J. and he killed his wife got imprisoned for stealing memorabilia.
The book will likely be a mixture of the "Da Vinci Code" and O.J.'s "If I Did It." Except with more dog torture. And 100% ghostwritten.

Brady played a round at the Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades, Calif. on Sunday.
Gisele did not carry his clubs, nor do we think she cared even if he had to do it himself.

Gisele Bundchen may have plenty of help around the house next year too.
That's because NBC Sports is reporting Tom Brady could be out for the 2009 season as well, as his recovery from knee surgery isn't going as well as expected. Regardless, the paps caught Brady and Giz "celebrating" something the other night in New York, just as his Patriots were going down in flames thanks to the New York Jets.
Other football sources are refuting the news of Brady's slow recovery -- in fact one reporter says he's ahead of schedule -- but whispers are this could be a ploy on the Pats' part to get more bucks for Brady's backup Matt Cassel.

Tom Brady was not always the ripped, handsome errand boy Ms. Bundchen has learned to order around. Check out his rookie NFL photo -- Tom looks like the before pic in a Bow Flex infomercial.
Boston.com interviewed a hash slinger at a diner Brady used to frequent, saying "He was all about the ham and cheese and onion rings." That was our guess.
