Former NBA star Reggie Miller must have had a change of heart about that restraining order he wanted because he didn't show up in court today, so the case was dismissed.
Sources tell TMZ the dispute has been settled.
Miller was trying to get a restraining order against Alex Von Furstenberg. Miller claimed Alex threatened him over his alleged interactions with Alex's fianceé, Ali Kay.
Miller got a TRO against Von Furstenberg last month and was supposed to be in court today to make it permanent. No one for Miller or Von Furstenberg showed when the case was called.

Reggie Miller claims the guy who hired a plane to fly down the L.A. coast with a sign that read "Reggie Miller Stop Pursuing Married Women" is now threatening violence against him -- so Miller just filed for a restraining order against him.
In the papers, Miller claims Alex Von Furstenberg -- who hired the plane in August because Reggie was busted texting back and forth with Alex's fiancee Ali Kay -- confronted him on October 17 at a cafe in Malibu.
Miller claims Alex pulled up beside his car and demanded they "meet" -- then after Miller tried to get away Alex screamed he was going to "beat [Miller] down" and "take him down."
Miller also claims Alex followed him down the Pacific Coast Highway and tried to cut him off several times.
In the request for a restraining order, which was filed yesterday in L.A., Reggie wants Alex to stay 100 yards away from him ... along with his home, vehicle and workplace.

Reggie Miller is great for business. Just ask the company that flew the plane with the "Reggie Miller Stop Pursuing Married Woman" banner down the Pacific coast this past weekend.
Arnold Aerial Advertising is now using the Miller gimmick to their own advantage, by displaying it as part of a huge advertisement that even has a shot of Reggie's face. Despite Reggie's expression in the photo, we're pretty sure he isn't happy about this.
As we first reported, the punk-out was paid for by Alex von Furstenberg -- the son of designer Diane von Furstenberg -- because he thought Miller was trying to steal his fiancee, Ali Kay. We're told it cost Alex $3,000.
Miller admitted he and Ali had been flirting with each other, but said their non-relationship ended back in April.

Reggie Miller is denying accusations he got down with someone else's fiancee -- but the former basketball star does admit he flirted a little bit ... well, actually a lot. But judging by the pics she texted Reggie, two played that game.
The entire Southern California coastline was roped into the story last weekend, after Alex von Furstenberg -- the son of designer Diane von Furstenberg -- hired a small plane to fly over the beaches with a sign that read, "Reggie Miller Stop Pursuing Married Women."
It's all over Alex's fiancee, Ali Kay.
According to Reggie's rep, Miller and Ali met at a Malibu supermarket back in March. Reggie says the two flirted and spent the rest of the day texting like crazy -- each sending more than 50 texts to the other in a 6 hour span (we obtained Reggie's phone records and verified the number of text messages that were sent back and forth).
Reggie claims Ali -- a clothing designer -- even texted him 2 provocative photos of herself (above), which TMZ has obtained.
But according to Reggie, in April he had enough and took her out of his phone contact list. But Reggie says in May, Ali reconnected with him, wanting to know why he had closed the door. Reggie says the next day he got an angry call from Alex.

NBA great Reggie Miller frolicked topless on the beach in Mexico this weekend and showed off his front side tramp stamp.
The 43-year-old will have no trouble fitting in with the rest of the unfortunately inked honeys next time he's at Tao Beach in Vegas.
