Lindsay Lohan's 22nd birthday throw down is toned down from what it was supposed to be -- 'memba this? -- but that doesn't mean it won't be a wild affair.
We're told her full sister Ali and loony mom Dina are flying in for the private party. It's being held tonight at Teddy's inside the Roosevelt Hotel -- where LiLo has several suites lined up. There won't be a sponsor, but word is it will be a celeb-infested soiree. Sam Ronson won't be working the gig -- the two pals wanna be able to spend some precious time together.
And don't think about crashing the celebration -- sources tell us that security is so tight, everyone entering the party must be cleared by La Lohan herself.
We called Mike Heller from Talent Resources -- the marketing firm that tried to put her original bday bash together -- he had no comment.

Sean "P. Diddy" Combs has been asked to present photos of his jewelry for inspection in an assault suit against him. Bring me your bling!
As TMZ first reported, Gerald Rechnitzer alleges that Diddy hit him in the jaw between 2:00 and 2:30 AM on Feb. 25 as he was leaving a post-Oscar party at Teddy's nightclub in Hollywood. According to the lawsuit, Diddy got P'd off when Rechnitzer's girlfriend would not leave with him and his entourage. The suit claims Combs pushed Rechnitzer's girlfriend and spit at another female member of their group.

The rehabbed chunkaliciousness that is Kelly Osbourne and her hell-no-I-won't-go-to-rehab singer pal, Amy Winehouse, spilled out of a Hollywood club together last night.
The duo made a most unlikely pair, as the stickish Winehouse practically fell out of Teddy's nightclub at the Roosevelt Hotel while holding onto brickhouse bud Kelly for support, who nimbly coaxed the stumbly Amy into a taxi. Winehouse fled the stage of a recent London gig in mid-performance ... to go backstage and spew. Another fine mess!
When you're feeling wobbly, it's nice to have a strong friend you can lean on.

TMZ has confirmed the most exclusive Hollywood hot spot -- Teddy's at the Roosevelt Hotel -- has been officially closed until further notice. The nightclub has played host, week in and week out, to Hollywood's A-list celebrities. Lindsay Lohan, Cameron Diaz, Paris Hilton, Heath Ledger and Prince are just a few who frequent the very, very VIP booths.
The problems may stem from issues with the club's manager Amanda Demme, the widow of Ted Demme. Tuesday's Page Six reported the owners of the hotel are not happy with Demme. A host of alleged troubles has plagued the hotel since Demme took control including underage drinking, noise violations, mistreatment of paying hotel guests and racial discrimination. Read more
