Looks like Zach Braff's show "Scrubs" may finally get an audience ... 
Check out the script for the soon-to-be-made porn version of the show ... and it's not half bad. There's some character development, quirky dialogue ... pretty much just like a regular episode of "Scrubs," except with sex scenes -- so it's better.

Victory for a "Scrubs" star today in court -- John C. McGinley won more time with his kid.
McGinley asked the judge for more visitation -- currently he sees his kid every other weekend. His ex, Lauren Lambert, begged to object, claiming it would be traumatic to shuffle their 10-year-old son Max back and forth too much. Max has Down Syndrome.
Lauren broke down in tears after the judge saw it John's way. John will get Max an extra night every other week.
You'll recall, there was a big thing earlier this year. TMZ broke the story that John wanted to slash child support in half during the writer's strike. He backed off after we ran our story.

When you're a funny, charming and handsome star like Zach Braff, there aren't many women out of your reach, right? Not so much.
A TMZ spy spotted Zach at a party in Hollywood where the "Scrubs" star was trying to sweet-talk one of the female caterers.
He pulled every card he had up his sleeve -- but to no avail. After telling the server how beautiful she was and informing her that he would have her added to the guest list at Hyde, she still kindly refused. Although Braff didn't show any signs of a bruised ego, it had to hurt.

Bill Lawrence is going to rescue NBC. Ok, maybe not. But with the news this week that his show "Scrubs" is moving to the coveted-but-dreaded Thursday night at 9PM time slot, the Emmy-nominated series is being counted on to help the network bring back the glory days of Thursday nights on NBC.
"If NBC is counting on 'Scrubs' then they are shit out of luck my friend," Lawrence jokingly told TMZ yesterday. "First of all, I am a huge TV fan -- Thursday night on NBC should be comedy. Secondly, we're going to think of something to name Zach Braff's character like McSomething -- McWeenie or McCheesy or something."
Lawrence, who besides being the Executive Producer of "Scrubs" is also one of the guys behind the Internet phenomenon "Nobody's Watching" AND writing the upcoming "Fletch" movie, took some time to sit down with TMZ to talk about going up against "Grey's Anatomy," the latest "Nobody's Watching" viral video and trying to cast "Fletch" -- Zach Braff, perhaps?

Beginning November 30, NBC will air "My Name Is Earl," "The Office," "Scrubs" and "30 Rock" in a row on Thursday nights.
"We are excited about the prospect of two-hours of top-notch comedy on Thursday nights, which includes the return of 'Scrubs,'" Kevin Reilly, President, NBC Entertainment said today. "We will stay on-brand with the best comedy block on television, which will position us for the future on the night."
"Scrubs" has yet to premiere this season while "30 Rock" currently airs Wednesday nights at 8PM ET/PT.
The move is reminiscent of the glory days of NBC when "Friends" and "Seinfeld" anchored NBC's Thursday night schedule leading into the powerhouse drama "ER."

The studs of primetime rocked the house at this year's 58th Annual Emmy Awards in tuxedo's from iconic fashion house Dolce & Gabbana!
Sources tell TMZ that "Entourage's" Jeremy Piven, who took home the Emmy for outstanding supporting actor in a comedy series, absolutely fell in love with his Dolce & Gabbana navy blue, peak lapel tux. He also sported their white shirt beneath the surface.

Zach Braff has some kind of sense of humor. Even off camera with what appears to be no effort, he has a way of making us laugh. In this picture, paparazzi caught Braff making his way from his trailer to the set of "Scrubs" riding a mini scooter and talking on the phone. All that was missing here was a rainbow colored afro wig, a small red foam nose and a pair of oversized shoes.
Zach recently opened up about the scrutiny stars endure living in the public eye thanks to the paparazzi. We're sure glad that he's not letting that stop him from being himself.

While promoting his new film, "The Last Kiss," Zach Braff opened up about the troubles of dating in Hollywood. The "Scrubs" star recently split with Mandy Moore, due in part to their nine-year age difference, and says the scrutiny put on celebrities can be overwhelming.
"A relationship is hard, doing it in the public eye is something that's very new to me. I was a waiter 5 years ago and when I was a waiter nobody was telling lies about me in the tabloids. But it's par for the course."
One recent tabloid rumor even linked him with Jessica Simpson but Braff insists the gossip isn't true: "Totally made up. I've met her a couple times, she's a sweet girl but I think I saw her two months ago at a bar in the Hamptons and that was it."

The NBC sitcom "Scrubs" will air a musical episode next year, according to Playbill.com. The Tony Award-winning composers of "Avenue Q" will write the songs.
Debra Fordham, a supervising producer for "Scrubs" told Playbill, "The general plot is that a woman comes into Sacred Heart, our hospital, complaining that she constantly hears music, yet all her tests come back normal. Is she just crazy? Or is something else going on?"
"Avenue Q" won the Tony Award for Best Musical in 2004.
Fordham went on to say that Robert Lopez and Jeff Marx will write "the big opening number, the act break and the finale. The fourth one is a song about a stool sample!"
The episode will shoot later this year and air some time in 2007.

At a party in Las Vegas, 'Scrubs' stars Zach Braff and Donald Faison dared Diaz to have the show's logo tattooed on his body.
When Diaz revealed his branded new look, the cast rewarded his sportsmanship with $2,000 in poker chips.
