TMZ caught LiLo being escorted from the Ivy by her main man Jazz, yelling and pushing the engulfing paparazzi out of her way as she worked her way to her car. Whatta man!
Lohan was out later that night at Hyde's one-year anniversary party, where we caught her dancing around in the parking lot on her way in. Also at the event were David Spade, Billy Gibbons, "Fantastic Four" hottie Chris Evans and Topher Grace.
Courteney Cox Arquette made her nightly visit to Il Sole, and Selma Blair hit up the cucina as well -- looking great in her sparkly Kate Moss Topshop ensemble and chatting up the photogs snapping her pictures.

With no JT in sight, Scarlett Johansson and Selma Blair raged in Las Vegas this weekend.
Spies tell TMZ that the duo, who co-starred in 2004's "In Good Company," started their Saturday night at sushi restaurant Social House at Treasure Island, then caught the Cirque de Soleil show "Mystére." Our source reports that Scarlett and Selma hit up hot club PURE at Caesars Palace on both Friday and Saturday.
Cameras spotted the sizzling twosome at their own private craps table on Sunday morning at Caesars. They arrived around 3:00 AM with other friends ... and security. There's something sexy about watching a hot blonde roll them bones!

Selma Blair shows off her curves by sporting a Marc Jacobs "Protect the Skin You're In" shirt displaying a naked picture of herself on the front.
The "Cruel Intentions" star walked her dog through West Hollywood on Friday while promoting skin care all at the same time.
The shirt, from a new Marc Jacobs line, supports the NYU School of Medicine Interdisciplinary Melanoma Cooperative Group. The nearly X-rated clothing line is designed to grab attention and bring raise awareness about the dangers of skin cancer.
Several other celebrities stripped down to their birthday suits as well, including: Naomi Campbell, Winona Ryder, Dita von Teese and Carolyn Murphy.

Actress Selma Blair has filed for divorce from her husband of less than three years Ahmet Zappa, citing irreconcilable differences.
The couple, who separated on June 17, have no children and were married in January 2004.
In lieu of lawyers, the couple is using a mediator.
Selma most recently starred in the horror movie "The Fog." Ahmet is the son of the late musician Frank Zappa.
