Slash & Adler -- 1 Woman, 2 Restraining Orders
Slash and Steven Adler now have at least three things in common -- Guns 'N' Roses, rehab, and they were both granted a restraining order yesterday against the same woman.
Adler alleges a woman in Oregon named Lisa Jill Martin-Cahn hired at least three private investigators since '08 to hunt him down ... "under the ruse" they were long lost lovers who met in rehab back in the early 90's.
Adler's docs, filed in L.A. County, say cops who visited Cahn at her Oregon home last month found "unopened boxes of house ware items which Cahn stated [were] wedding presents for [her and Adler's] upcoming marriage."
Now here's where Slash fits into this: He claims Cahn has contacted him and his family members -- including his mother-in-law -- by phone and letter in desperate attempts to get in touch with Adler.
Both restraining orders were granted yesterday -- Cahn has to stay at least 500 yards away from both guys, their families, work ... and on and on.

Slash -- and his lovely hoop earrings -- and his wife Perla left Foxtail in L.A. this weekend amid flashes from photogs' cameras.
But it was his wife's flash that was the best of them all.

In NY: Paula Abdul talked about Fantasia's horrific "Idol" performance, "Terminator" hottie Summer Glau worked the autographazzi, Eliza Dushku almost ate pavement and Nick and Mariah had a shaky exit from Skylight Studios.

Shia: Smooth Shooting with Velvet Revolver
Velvet Revolver rocked the 944 Super Village in Scottsdale, AZ last night -- where future "Indiana Jones" star Shia LaBeouf was extra touchy-feely with a hot brunette on the dance floor!
Also at the show: Will.i.am took down some digits, Juliet Lewis was dressed semi-normal, and two drummers: John Dolmayan from System of a Down and Adrian Young from No Doubt watched Slash and the boys tear up the stage.

Garner Signs Autographs -- Doesn't Use Her Alias
Ben Affleck's baby mama, Jennifer Garner, gave fans a fast-forward autograph spree after her "Cyrano de Bergerac" performance -- signing what she could before flashing her signature childlike smile for fans. 35 going on 13!
Also in New York: "Little Miss Sunshine" herself, Abigail Breslin, gave up her Halloween outfit idea, and Peter Sarsgaard roamed the streets in what could have passed for a costume. Nice leatha' pants, Sahs-gahd!
In L.A: A reblondered Lindsay Lohan hit up the Beverly Center, camera-shy Jessica Alba and Cash Warren dined at Orso, and Brooke Burke, Eric Balfour and Slash attended the Guitar Hero 3 launch party on the roof of Best Buy.

Sweet Child o' Hyde
Guns N' Roses guitarist/badass Slash celebrated his birthday last night at Hyde ... where he apparently partied with the one and only ... Elliot Mintz?
TMZ cameras were at the Sunset Blvd. club in Hollywood on Monday as the usually top-hatted musician arrived after dinner with former bandmate Steven Adler at Mr. Chow. And though Mintz, Paris Hilton's go-to PR guy, was there to wish Slash a happy birthday, he told our cameras that neither Paris nor Lindsay were inside the club ... of course everyone now knows where Little Miss Lilo was last night! Also at Hyde: David Spade, Samantha Ronson and Scott Weiland.
In NYC, cameras caught a ripped Mark Wahlberg taking a cameraphone pic with a fan on the streets, while "That 70's Show" stars Wilmer Valderrama and Danny Masterson hooked up at Stereo by the Shore in the Hamptons.

Among the mourners who have poured into the Bahamian church where Anna Nicole Smith is to be remembered -- none other than ... Guns 'n' Roses guitar god, Slash.

Lindsay's Front Door Entrance
TMZ's cameras were outside Hyde on Thursday night and once again the place was filled with celebs.
We spotted the lovely Lindsay Lohan who did things a little different than usual ... she walked through the front door! The red headed hottie (sporting her designer wrist brace) usually likes a back door entrance, but last night she had no problem pulling right up to the front, making a quick dash past our camera.
Also out to soak the night up was actor-rapper Chris Bridges (aka Ludacris), Lil' John, Jack Osbourne, rocker Slash, former Los Angeles Laker Rick Foxx and, making a rare appearance, "Surreal Life" star Jose Canseco.
