Hayden Panettiere likes her job and her man -- well, it's sure she likes the job. After a talk with 21-year-old borefriend Stephen Colletti at a local copy shop, the nearly voting aged Hayden was off -- "to work." Hayden chatted with a pap about being famous and her "Heroes" cast, saying that they were the "best cast ever."
The cheerleader offered no comment on the boyfriend.

With her 18th birthday just 42 days away, Hayden Panettiere's boyfriend, former "Laguna Beach" star/"TRL" host Stephen Colletti, appeared to be practicing to pop the question! I now pronounce you man and jailbait! 
While sunning her nubile young flesh on Venice Beach Monday, the bikini-clad "Heroes" star played handsies with her kneeling, shirtless, 21-year-old lovah. Hopefully they used protection, er, sunscreen!
Luckily, Hayden and Stephen kept their seaside shenanigans PG-13 -- for now!

It was another action-packed night in Hollywood (OK- when is it not?) as Josh Levine and TMZ's cameras hit the streets to bring you what you love best- the stars!
We started the night out at The Ivy where we spotted the beautiful Cindy Crawford. The supermodel, who showed up solo, ran into a just about every camera in Hollywood as she exited the ever-so-trendy restaurant.
From there it was off to the Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party we ran into "The OC" star Rachel Bilson, MTV's Nick Cannon, TRL host Stephen Colletti with gal pal Hayden Panettiere, teen sensation Jesse McCartney and "Hustle & Flow" star Taryn Manning.
After hours comes next and where else do you think that was? Hyde- natch. Paris Hilton showed up to her usual spot along with such celebs like "Girls Gone Wild" creator Joe Francis, "Jackass 2" star Bam Margera, "Laguna Beach" hottie Kristin Cavallari, ZZ Top rocker Billy F. Gibbons, Chris Rock (again) and TMZ's favorite vixen Elisha Cuthbert.
