The Game is in a serious feud with the wrong gang of homies -- the lawyers who saved him from 5 years of hard time.
The legal team who repped the rapper in the wake of his 2007 arrest on gun charges claims Game never forked over $34,683.90 in bills for the work they did.
In the suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, the firm, Kinsella Weitzman Iser Kump & Aldisert, claims they even got the guy "a successful outcome."
... and since Game was facing a potential five-year sentence in state prison ... and only ended up serving eight days ... you'd think he got his money's worth.

A man is suing Michael Jackson's estate, claiming the singer is responsible for the theft of his herpes cure.
Erle Bonner claims Jackson gave his formulas for "herpes cure, acne cures and arthritis cures" to a guy named Kevin Trudeau, also a defendant, who allegedly pilfered them.
Bonner also claims ..."someone from the Jackson family came by my house and shot a 22 pistol in the air. They turned around in a neighbor's driveway and drove away."
Bonner also claims in his suit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court ... Jackson stole nine copyrights and the idea for an automobile insurance policy that "would revolutionize insurance for cars in America."
There's more, but you get the point.

Dr. Arnold Klein has sued Dr. Steven Hoefflin in the Michael Jackson prescription drug saga -- sued him for defamation of character.

According to the suit, Dr. Klein claims Dr. Hoefflin told The Sun in the minutes following Jackson's death, "[Dr. Conrad] Murray definitely called Klein because Klein taught him how to administer Propofol ... Murray would have counted on Klein to be the source of Propofol and guide him on its use."
Klein claims Hoefflin's conduct was "willful, fraudulent, malicious, oppressive and reckless" and was done "with the intent to injure and harm Dr. Klein."
UPDATE: Hoefflin tells TMZ: "They [The Sun] check their facts with an electronic microscope. There is factual evidence that the statements that I made are true. They have in their possession phone records, recordings, documents and other evidence that confirms facts in their stories before they're published."

Let's hope the boys at Houck Construction like naughty co-eds -- otherwise Joe Francis may have to write them a fat check.
Francis is being sued by a construction company that did work on his Bel Air, Calif. home. According to the lawsuit, Francis racked up a construction bill of $403,363.27. The company claims Joe forked over $356,329.61 -- but must have forgotten to carry a one or something because he still owes them $47,033.66 (plus another $24,848.19 in interest).
Perhaps Joe can trade a few thousand copies of "Girls Gone Wild Freshman Sex Orientation" to make up the difference.

He's used to crushing wannabe singers, but now Simon Cowell is accused of destroying a wannabe chef ... or at least her arch support.
Simon and his ex-GF Terri Seymour have been sued by a woman who claims she got a "try-out" to be their private chef. In the docs, the chef claims Terri made her remove her sneakers and put on a "clear-bottom" pair when entering the home.
The cooking seemed to go well and the chef eventually took off, only to realize that she left her sneakers behind -- which she claims had $500 orthopedic insoles inside of them.
The chef claims she made repeated attempts to get 'em back -- and even made an additional trip to the house when Terri's assistant claimed he found them. She says the pair he produced weren't hers.
The woman has filed a small claims lawsuit seeking $661.59 from Cowell to cover the shoes, pricey insoles and the $9 in gas she wasted driving over.
A rep for Simon and Terri says "this is a ridiculous story." The rep says the chef simply left her sneakers and that Simon and Terri attempted to return them -- adding the pair that was found in the house are in fact the woman's sneakers.

But in the lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Schiro claims a written contract "never materialized" and she never got a check.

Nick Hogan is as bad of an investor as he is a driver -- in a brand new lawsuit, Nick claims two guys he tried to start a business with rode him for a grand total of $130,767.75.

Nick is suing Louis Adkinson and Damon Elliot for breach of contract after he agreed to invest $50,000 in a record production company called "Confidential South, LLC" back in January -- a company Nick says never even got off the ground.
According to the suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Nick claims Adkinson and Elliot both promised to invest 50k of their own ... AND told Nick everyone would get their money back if the company never formed. Surprisingly, the suit says neither of those things happened.
To make it worse, Nick alleges the evil duo ran up $80,767.75 on his American Express card without his permission -- so he's also suing them for fraud. Nick wants the 130k back -- at least.

Rapper Common is a self-proclaimed thief ... a dude who busts himself when he steals -- this, according to a pair of songwriters.
Andrew Marks and London McDaniels filed a lawsuit yesterday, claiming Common stole their song "When Will The Day Come" in his tune "Take it EZ."
But here's the twist: Common gives Marks and McDaniels this credit on the downloadable version of his song: "Contains samples from: When Will The Day Come.'"
Here's the problem: The credit don't pay the rent. So Marks and McDaniels are suing for unspecified damages.
