TMZ has learned Heidi Klum was officially docked a few precious sexy points today -- because she just had her last name legally changed from "Klum" to "Samuel."
The Victoria's Secret supermodel filed papers early last month asking permission to take on the last name of her husband, Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adelo Samuel -- she was finally given the okay today.
It could have been worse ... she could have changed her name to Heidi Olusegun.

Naomi Campbell is in a war over her smell -- the supermodel is accused of stiffing the people who claim they got her a perfume deal.
In a lawsuit filed in Manhattan, Campbell's former management company, Moodform Mission, claims in 2008, the model suddenly stopped paying them their cut of the profits from Naomi's body fragrance lines.
But Campbell's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ the whole thing is "ridiculous and absurd."
Singer continues, "The lawsuit is nothing more than a preemptive strike since Moodform knows that my client has substantial claims against Moodform and their principals for millions of dollars for breaching their fiduciary duties among other acts of misconduct."
No word on how much moolah Moodform is lookin' to rake in.

Janice Dickinson may be the first supermodel, but that doesn't mean she's a model citizen -- 'cause the gub'ment says she's behind on her taxes.
We got our hands on a federal tax lien from California, which says Janice owes $33,514.03 in unpaid taxes and penalties.
But don't worry about Janice, she'll walk it off.

Being the Earth's first supermodel apparently doesn't pay like it used to.
According to a lawsuit filed yesterday in L.A. County Superior Court, Janice Dickinson owes City National Bank $267,990.45 on a loan she allegedly failed to pay.
CNB claims it fronted her $275,000 last September -- but when the first payment became due two months later Janice didn't ante up the $45,833.33 installment.
CNB wants its money back -- plus interest.
A call to Dickinson's rep was not immediately returned.

Christie Brinkley's estranged husband Peter Cook sure likes his Internet porn -- spending about $3000 a month on the stuff.
Cook, who broke down crying after getting grilled on the stand today by the supermodel's lawyer, admitted he masturbated in front of a web cam and frequented escort, porn and swinger sites, all while married to Brinkley.
He also admitted that he had sex with then-teenager Diana Bianchi in his office while she worked for him. He testified he gave Bianchi nearly $300k hoping to keep their tryst on the down low. He said he would leave money for her under a rock outside his office and more cash behind a painting. He also said he bought her a $2000 watch and lingerie.
Attorneys for Brinkley have laid out a sordid story of Cook's history -- get a load of this stuff!

A Kazakh supermodel who appeared on the cover of Vogue and Elle magazines fell to her death from the ninth floor of her apartment building in lower Manhattan yesterday afternoon.
Ruslana Korshunova, 20, was found on Water Street in the Financial District wearing jeans and a tank top, and witnesses, including one who spoke to diaday.com, say they heard a loud noise and then discovered that a body lay in the middle of the street. One witness tells TMZ that he originally thought the woman had been hit by a car.
Cops say they are investigating the incident.

One bachelor Congressman thinks there aren't enough ridiculously hot women in this country.
Hot, young NY Rep. Anthony Weiner -- yes, that's how you say it -- thinks foreign models have been screwed because they're competing for the same visas given to doctors and high-tech workers -- and the demand is huge. Only 349 of the long-legged beauties got into the U.S. last year, and god knows we need WAY more than that!
Weiner's plan would bring 1,000 more models into the country -- for "economic" reasons.
And sorry, foreign porn stars. Weiner only wants those models with "distinguished merit and ability" who work for "an organization or establishment that has a distinguished reputation."

No, Angelyne didn't dye her hair. Archeologists spotted superfossil Janice Dickinson prowling the shops at the Cross Creek Plaza in Malibu. The hands gave the first clue to the species.
Carbon-dating provided an approximate age of 93 for the self-proclaimed "world's first supermodel," who was dug up while doing a bit of shopping -- in this orthopedic support bikini. Those hot flashes must be pretty intense! Be glad she's wearing something!
