Former GF Claims Mini-Me Full of Big Threats

One of Verne Troyer's ex girlfriends claims the man who made Mini-Me famous is a threat to her life ... and she fears someone in Verne's posse could do her in with a gun.

Yvette Monet filed a restraining order -- obtained by TMZ -- claiming Verne continues to email and phone her with "awful messages," calling her a hooker and other names.

Monet says Verne told her his friend Bart "is carrying guns and will do anything he says." She goes on -- "His friend Jose is a cop and has guns as well. I'm afraid for my life."

The judge granted a temporary restraining order.

UPDATE:
Vern's lawyer, Ed McPherson, tells TMZ his client is "shocked and appalled" at what he calls the "false and frivolous accusations." McPherson can't believe a judge issued the restraining order without giving Vern notice and with no proof of Monet's allegations.

McPherson says Vern can't wait to fight this one out in court.

'Family' Star: My BF Dragged Me Through Glass

Jaimee Foxworth -- who briefly played "Judy Winslow" on "Family Matters" -- was just granted a temporary restraining order against her longtime boyfriend after he allegedly did some horrible things to her.

According to the docs, filed in LA County Superior Court, Foxworth claims Michael Shaw physically and verbally abused her ... and at one point grabbed her arm and dragged her along the floor through broken glass.

On another occasion, as Jaimee was feeding her son in the backseat of a car, she claims Shaw "pulled the car over, jumped into the backseat ... tried to push [Jaimee] out of his car, and threatened to drive [her] son away."

The judge granted the TRO the same day the papers were filed -- Shaw has to stay 100 yards away from both her and the kid.

Jamie tells TMZ she "strongly encourages all women to leave unhealthy relationships before it is too late."

Britney to Sam Lutfi: It Was Nice Knowing You...

Britney SpearsBritney Spears' conservatorship was just granted a permanent restraining order on Brit's behalf against Sam Lutfi and a guy who once claimed to be Britney's attorney.

The restraining order lasts until April 28, 2012.

Britney and both her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, are protected under the order. Lutfi and Jon Eardley are not allowed to go within 100 yards of Brit's home, job or workplace.

Sam and Jon also have to stay away from K-Fed's place and any of Britney's family members' homes.

The conservators filed for the restraining order because they said Lutfi and Jon were trying to torpedo the conservatorship by contacting Britney behind their backs.

Fisher's Alleged Stalker Thwarted Law

We've learned why Derek Fisher couldn't get a restraining order against his alleged stalker a few years back -- she disappeared before cops could do their thing.

Derek filed papers against Symone Anastasia back in March of '06 -- claiming Symone wouldn't stop sending him a flurry of mail and faxes -- she even called his mother.

The case was dropped after Symone disappeared, temporarily moving out of the L.A. area.

Derek was more successful this week. As we first reported, he scored a restraining order, after alleging Symone had become dangerous and delusional.

K-Fed's New Girl -- Kind of a Badass

Kevin Federline clearly likes 'em a little on the wild side.

K-Fed's new squeeze, Victoria Prince, has had her share of run-ins with the law. Just last year, Prince was arrested for assault and disturbing the peace. But, she pled not guilty and the case was eventually dismissed.

Back in her high school days, she allegedly waged a terror campaign against three kids at her high school. Their parents filed a temporary restraining order against her, but the judge rejected it, telling the school to deal with it.

But wait, there's more. Vic was charged with possession of a dangerous weapon on school premises (a stun gun) and possession of alcohol by a minor. The docs were destroyed so we don't know how it all turned out.

Vic told us the stun gun was for protection, because she had to walk to her car late at night after volleyball practice -- she didn't mention the other stuff.

Fred Goldman Wants to Drain Juice from Dealer

Fred Goldman isn't finished with O.J. yet -- well, O.J.'s stuff, to be exact.

Goldman's lawyers are filing an action against Mike Gilbert -- the memorabilia dealer who claims O.J. confessed to killing Ron and Nicole -- asking a judge to force Mike to give Fred everything he has that's Juice-related.

A letter to Gilbert's lawyers says the dealer promised to give Goldman the property during an appearance on the "Dr. Phil Show", but he never did.

Goldman is also filling a temporary restraining order against Gilbert -- a hearing is set for Dec. 12.
