A wild brawl broke out at a Three 6 Mafia concert last night in West Hollywood. Body count -- two arrested and a woman wheeled out on a gurney -- and it wasn't Britney!
The fight erupted after the rappers finished their set at the House of Blues. The men in blue (they actually wear tan uniforms but men in tan makes no sense) -- aka L.A. County Sheriffs deputies -- swarmed the joint, inside and out.
The guys from Oscar-winning rap group Three 6 Mafia had a real tough dayon Friday -- being forced to hang out in a sick Los Angeles pad with a bikini-clad model. Terrible.
Karl Kani, the self-proclaimed "godfather of urban fashion," held the 11-hour shoot, requiring the rappers to kick it on comfy couches while plenty of eye candy kept them company. Yeah, real hard out there for pimps!
TMZ has learned that the rap group Three 6 Mafia was booted from their home after a member of their entourage peed on Jennifer Love Hewitt's lawn.
The Oscar-winning rap group recently moved into the same Toluca Lake neighborhood of the busty "Ghost Whisperer," and marked their new territory by having one of their assistants relieve himself on Hewitt's front yard. The group's new reality show, "Adventures in HollyHood," premieres tomorrow night on MTV. While handing out invitations to the Three 6 Mafia housewarming party, you can actually see the assistant peeing on a lawn they claim belongs to the actress. Must pee TV!
Instead of offering the group gifts, Hewitt and other neighbors forced them to move out of the Toluca Lake 'hood, and they're now living in Bel Air. Sounds like an upgrade, minus the view of Hewitt's spectacular cleavage.
Sly Stallone is still the man, and he proved it yesterday.
He patiently went toe to toe with mobs of fans in Hollywood at last night's premiere of "Rocky Balboa," signing autographs and smiling for photogs. Thirty years since Rocky first stepped into the ring, the Italian Stallion proved he's still a knockout.
Also showing up for the premiere: Three 6 Mafia walked by in a Steel City cap, James Caan, and Jason Hervey of "The Wonder Years." Benjamin McKenzie showed his face, along with handsome "Rocky" co-star Milo Ventimiglia, who scribbled his name for fans.
Also out for the night: former teen idol Frankie Avalon, and the most politically incorrect man we know; Bill Maher, along with a guy anyone would want in their corner -- Paulie (aka Burt Young) himself!
We caught up with Miss Jessica Simpson as she exited out the back door of Hollywood hotspot Hyde. The blonde stunner created her usual chaotic scene, setting the paparazzi off into a flash bulb frenzy. Jessica, who was sitting in the driver seat, seems to have had a some car issues. Check out the serious dent on the side of her BMW and the rear view mirror, held together by tape.
Also out over the weekend funnyman Cheech Marin, Maroon 5, Oscar winner Three 6 Mafia, the talented Rosario Dawson, comedian Dane Cook, TMZ's favorite Desperate Housewife Eva Longoria (who showed up with Mario Lopez), Greasy Bear himself Brandon Davis and Jesse Metcalf, who was seen leaving dinner with a lady friend.
(Mar. 5) -- Forget the suspense over best movie or actor or actress the real question on Oscar night was whether Three 6 Mafia could actually perform a cuss-free, non-graphic version of "It's Hard Out Here for a Pimp."
On Sunday night, they proved that they could. In one of the most exciting performances for a best song usually characterized by bland performances of even blander songs the Memphis rap group gave a rousing rendition of their song from "Hustle & Flow," then took the Oscar home to boot.
It wasn't exactly something you'd see on the Source Awards, with the "Fame"-like dancers and choreography. But the performance from the group best known for their raw rhymes about Southern street life stayed true to the gritty essence of the song about a pimp's troubles maintaining his women and his money.
And despite toning down the lyrics, including using "witches" for the b-word, they were still bleeped once during the performance and once during their acceptance speech.
Hey, it's hard out there for pimp, if you didn't know.
It certainly was the most animated performance of the three Oscar-nominated songs on the night and, surprisingly, the least garish.
The latter honor belonged to whoever came up with the staging for "In The Deep" from "Crash." Attempting to recreate one of the most riveting scenes from the movie, the stage was transformed into a triage scene, with a flaming car, wounded victims and other people representing the movie's main characters walking around in slow motion, looking dazed. Bird York, the singer-songwriter nominated for "In the Deep," performed with a glazed look.
The most sedate performance of the evening was Dolly Parton for her inspirational song about acceptance, "Travelin' Through," from "Transamerica."
