TMZ has obtained footage of Tim McGraw giving an allegedly "abusive" fan the boot at his concert last weekend -- pointing the guy out to security and demanding they drag him away.
McGraw refused to continue singing at the Paso Robles gig until the man was removed, telling him "You don't 
treat a woman like that."

Tim McGraw is now saying exactly what went down with the fan he had kicked out of his concert last weekend: The guy was "being abusive" to the woman he was with.
During his show in Paso Robles, California, McGraw stopped his performance and wouldn't continue until the man was removed, telling the crowd "You don't treat a woman like that." At the time, nobody knew what the guy did.
This isn't the first time Tim's laid down the law -- a similar incident happened last year in Washington.

Faith Hill and Tim McGraw will be attending the inauguration in style -- dropping more than $10k a night just for their digs.
Our hotel spies tell us F.H. and T.M. will be staying in the Presidential Suite at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Georgetown. We're told they'll be paying between $13,000 and $15,000 a night.
Initially, the hotel was trying to sell a package that included the suite, Gucci luggage, tickets to Barack Obama's parade and ball and 4 additional nights at the Ritz in the Grand Cayman to chill. The cost for all that was $99,000, but it didn't sell. So the hotel spun off the suite as a stand alone for Tim and Faith.

If George W. Bush can be President, Tim McGraw can be governor of Tennessee.
And that's exactly what he intends to do, says the New Republic. He's been considering the idea for a while, but apparently Tennessee Dems are heating up the stove on Tim, trying to get him to run against Bill Frist in 2010.

At his concert last night, Tim spotted a over-sized, rowdy fan in the front row -- and proceeded to grab a hold of him, pull him on stage and threaten to punch him with a cocked-back country fist!
UPDATE: Tim's rep tells us "While Tim was performing at the White River Amphitheater in Auburn, Washington last night, he watched a man rush to the front of the stage. This overly aggressive fan attacked a female fan and Tim witnessed this incident. Tim called for security, but when they could not respond quick enough Tim and several crew members removed the fan from the audience where he was then turned over to the local authorities."
The only thing rarer than seeing the entire McGraw-Hill clan all together -- the fact that Tim can gorge on pizza and still look gorge!
The sexy daddy and his Faithful wife took the kiddies for a hot family lunch in WeHo on Thursday. Dontcha just want to take a bite?

Even without a ton of airbrushing, country cutie Faith Hill is still a ravishing beauty. The blonde bombshell looked fresh faced and radiant in NYC this weekend as she and hubby Tim McGraw left their midtown Manhattan hotel. Breathe!
While Faith shined, McGraw appeared red-faced, puffy and overtired. Maybe he could use a bit more SPF -- and a few more hours of sleep -- and some Photoshopping!

At her Soul2Soul tour stop in Lafayette, LA on Saturday night, one fan got a little grabby with Faith's better half, Tim McGraw -- and Faith ain't havin' none o' that!
"Somebody needs to teach you some class, my friend," Faith scolded the fan. "You don't go grabbin' somebody else's -- somebody's husband's balls, you understand me? That's very disrespectful."

Faith Hill and Tim McGraw, Djimon Hounsou, Eva Mendes, Julianne Moore, Rihanna, Usher, Rachel Weisz and Elie Wiesel were named Cartier Love Charity Bracelet Ambassadors. As Love bracelet ambassador, each celeb will represent a different global charity, including SOS Children's Villages, which helps abandoned and neglected children, and Usher's New Look Foundation, an educational camp for underprivileged kids. Last year, Cartier donated more than $1.2 million from the sale of the Love bracelets to eight international charities. Past bracelet ambassadors include Rosario Dawson, Salma Hayek, Scarlett Johansson and Spike Lee.
Nicky Hilton believes Paris should be punished for breaking the law, but sounds off on her sister's 23-day jail sentence, set to begin Tuesday. Hilton told the Daily News, "I think my sister 100% deserves to be punished, but it's kind of absurd that she's going to jail for a traffic violation." Nicky spent this past Thursday partying it up with Paris on a pre-pokey extravaganza. The pair and their entourage hit up the Beverly Wilshire and Teddy's, posing for pics along the way. 
As the Anne Heche/Coley Laffoon divorce continues to heat up, Heche responded to accusations from her soon-to-be ex-husband that she's a bad mom. Heche is seeking full-custody of their son, Homer, claiming that the unfortunately-named kid has a great relationship with the cast and crew of her TV show, "Men in Trees," and that Laffoon was a less-than-stellar parent. Claims Heche, when her hubby would show up to take Homer home, the boy "cried and screamed and wrapped his arms around my neck, and screamed, 'I wanna stay with mommy."
