There are pictures of the "Twilight" kids all over the Internet -- but the people behind the movies are pissed at a magazine company for allegedly grabbing a few and putting them on newsstands.
Summit Entertainment -- the producers of the movies and distributor of various types of merchandise -- is suing Beckett Media over a Twilight-themed magazine Beckett made. According to a lawsuit filed in federal court on Friday, Summit says Beckett is using publicity photos from the movie in their "Twilight Fanzine" without permission.
Summit says they sent Beckett a cease and desist letter -- and since then Beckett, released a second unauthorized magazine.
They are suing for unspecified damages.

Nadya Suleman may have hit a speed bump in her pursuit to own the rights to the word OctoMom -- seems some other company may have beat her to the punch!
TMZ has learned a technology company called Super Happy Fun Fun applied for a trademark on the word one month before Nadya did.
Here's the catch -- for the most part, both Nadya and Super Happy Fun Fun are looking to apply the trademark towards different things -- with one exception.
Both parties filed for "Class 041 Status" which means they both seek to use the word in the world of entertainment -- including perhaps a reality TV show?!
It's unclear if the two parties intend to do battle over the word -- but we'll find the true "Octo" owner soon enough.

Get ready for a world where you can go out and get yourself your very own pair of OctoMom Jeans.
Nadya Suleman, better known to the world as OctoMom, has filed an application to trademark the name OctoMom -- for the purpose of creating products such as "dresses, pants, shirts, and textile diapers."
She's also looking to use the name for the purposes of creating a TV show, according to papers obtained by TheSmokingGun.com.
If only she'd patent a device that would make her disappear.

The iPhone lovefest has come to an abrupt end with Cisco Systems suing Apple in Federal Court over the use of Cisco's registered iPhone trademark.
Cisco released their version of the iPhone in mid-December, leading most observers to wonder what Apple was going to name their unannounced communication device. Prior to Steve Jobs' announcement of the Apple-branded iPhone on Tuesday, there was some negotiation between the two companies concerning the use of the "iPhone" name, but the issue remained unresolved. Cisco stated to MarketWatch, "It is our belief that Apple intends to agree to the final document. We expect to receive a signed agreement today (Tuesday)."
Now it seems Cisco's mood has changed: "There is no doubt that Apple's new phone is very exciting, but they should not be using our trademark without our permission."
Hopefully, the two companies can reach an agreement before the June release, although it's doubtful anyone will be upset about buying an "iFone" instead of an "iPhone."
