Bertinelli was on Arizona radio's Johnjay and Rich Show this morning, where she talked about Christina and the dis. Aguilera was even gutsy enough to cop attitude backstage at Val's then-hubby's concert. Damn, diva!

A very hot-looking Valerie Bertinelli was busted coming out of BLT Steak in West H-Wood last night -- and let's put it this way, she wasn't eatin' four ounces of fish.
So we had our spies in the restaurant and here's the low down. Val went to the back room with a bunch of guys in suits for what looked like a business dinner. We couldn't see exactly what she was chokin' down, but on her way out she confessed to having a mouthful of meat. BTdubs, other items on the menu: popovers, potato au gratin, bernaise and blue cheese sauce and the delectable peanut butter chocolate mousse.
In fairness, Val's on the Jenny Craig maintenance plan, which means she can occasionally chew the fat.
And speaking of maintenance, we asked Val what she thought of Priscilla Presley getting injected with motor oil. Response: Priceless. "This isn't a talk show, it's not Oprah." The irony is, it looked like Valerie was having a meeting with producers from her rumored upcoming talk show -- i.e., she wants to be Oprah!

Wolfgang Van Halen is the 17-year-old son of Jenny Craig spokesperson Valerie Bertinelli and ex-husband/Van Halen lead guitarist Eddie Van Halen.
Eddie went to rehab in 2007 and -- due to an undisclosed health crisis -- had to interrupt Van Halen's tour earlier this month. Valerie has lost over 40 lbs on Jenny Craig.
Proving the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, Wolfgang is ... currently the bassist for Van Halen.
Valerie Bertinelli is really good at shutting up.
One persistent pap was relentless in trying to get her to talk -- asking her an endless stream of questions about Eddie Van Halen, her book, her new mystery man and even her upcoming talk show. Nothing worked.

One day at a time, Valerie Bertinelli has been plugging away (and plugging) on her Jenny Craig diet. 
On Wednesday, the, 47-year-old divorced mother of one put on a modest one-piece suit and jumped into the Hawaiian surf with boyfriend Tom Vitale.
It's alleged that Val has dropped 28 pounds on the diet.
