John Legend claims he was done in by the valet last night -- blaming the car parkers for the ticket he got for driving around Hollywood without his headlights on.
We got him right after LAPD ticketed him outside Bardot -- and like a good celebrity, Legend promptly took to his Twitter to clear his good name.
He writes: "Valet sabotaged me! didn't notice becuz the dashboard lites were on and usually I have my headlights on "auto" so they come on w the car. Valet turned them off. Oh well! More money for the California state treasury. I guess they need it."

Janet Jackson must have seen the valet at Katsuya in Brentwood yesterday and thought to herself, "What have you done for me lately?" And the answer, apparently, was nothing.
Miss Jackson was in such a hurry to avoid our cameraman, she forgot to pay the valet -- but he didn't seem to mind one bit.

Attention Jack Nicholson -- Pepsi don't cost $.35, and valets don't come cheap.
Nicholson blew in and out of Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills last night and gave the valet a five spot. The prob -- parking is seven bucks, not counting tip! In Jack's defense, he was driving himself last night -- something we haven't seen him do since "Cuckoo's Nest."

Tyra Banks pantsed her entire audience for one of her shows. Fortunately for viewers, most of the crowd was hot. Funny how that worked out.
You can say a lot about Tom Cruise, and we do, but he's definitely no K-Fed when it comes to his kids. See Tom and baby Suri rush past photogs for Italian dinner. Que bella!
"24" star Elisha Cuthbert doesn't take kindly to mistakes. Just ask the valets at Hyde, who felt "The Wrath of Cuthbert" after they gave her the wrong keys to her car. Damn girl, chillax.
