Kanye West has apologized twice on his blog and again last night on Jay Leno -- but according to Taylor Swift, she still hasn't heard a word from him personally.

Swift was on "The View" just moments ago and says she was "rattled" by West's stage rush ... but added she would be willing to meet and call a truce.

This morning in NYC, Kanye West did what he should have done last night: Kept his damn mouth shut.

Before boarding a plane at JFK, West was asked about hijacking Taylor Swift's moment ... and for the first time in his life, had nothing to say.

Kanye West needs to stop. Seriously.
After
Taylor Swift -- who is just 19 years old, mind you -- won the award for Best Female Video at the VMAs, Kanye rushed the stage, took the mic from her and proclaimed Beyonce had "one of the best videos of all-time."
For her part, Beyonce looked completely mortified by Kanye's childish actions.

Janet Jackson has been busting her butt rehearsing for a Michael Jackson tribute at the MTV Video Awards this weekend -- and it promises to be a nipple-free affair. We think.
Ms. Jackson is set to put on a huge MJ-honoring performance featuring 20 backup dancers -- which is being put together by some of the best choreographers in the world, including Frank Gatson and Travis Payne.
According to one of the dancers involved, some rehearsals have lasted 15 hours a day.
Once Janet is finished honoring her brother, we're told, "there won't be a dry eye in the house."

You're right, Tiffany, Jessica Alba does have some lovely lady locks. And all thanks to her stylist Robert Ramos, the co-owner of the Hollywood based Estilo Salon.

Justin Timberlake may have brought sexy back to the Video Music Awards, but, unfortunately for MTV, he didn't bring the viewers back.
According to preliminary data from Nielsen Media Research, this year's VMA telecast pulled in an average of 5.77 million total viewers over the course of three hours, down 28% from the 8 million viewers last year. Just two years ago, the show brought in nearly double the audience -- 10.3 million viewers.
It's not all bad news for MTV. The net's broadband video channel, Overdrive, saw user traffic for the awards up 200% from last year with a total of 3.9 million video streams -- not too far off from the number of viewers the actual show took in. The site was packed with performance videos, behind-the-scenes clips, backstage interviews and red carpet fashions.

The biggest names in music rocked Radio City Hall in New York last night for the 2006 MTV Video Music Awards. While some critics have already panned the show as one of the worst in years, you can't blame the stars.
A leather clad Beyoncé rocked the house with her new single "Ring The Alarm," Shakira gyrated all over the place in belly dancing garb and Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz even brought a monkey to the red carpet.
Check out TMZ's gallery of the hottest people, moments and on stage performances from the evening. It might be easier than sitting through the three-and-a-half hour show again.

Are the little girls in Brad Paisley's new video his daughters?
Nita, lots of people are wondering about the little girls in Brad Paisley's video, "The World." But we've got confirmation that they are not his daughters and are of no relation to him.
