A man once indicted for murder and a notorious celeb womanizer was arrested this morning on felony assault charges, along with the owner of Villa nightclub.
The ruckus started at Les Deux nightclub in West Hollywood, where Chris Paciello -- who has reportedly dated Madonna, Naomi Campbell, Jennifer Lopez and Niki Taylor -- was hanging out with Cuttino Mobley of the LA Clippers.
The victim allegedly exchanged words with Chris and Cuttino. We're told Paciello left Les Deux, went over to Villa, picked up Villa's owner Reza Roohi and, we're told, the two then went on a hunt for the alleged victim.
They found him at San Vicente and Sunset Blvd. We're told Paciello and Roohi allegedly beat up the victim, though the injuries are not life threatening.
A nearby gas station security camera apparently captured the incident and the video is in the custody of the Sheriff's Department.
Paciello and Roohi currently are being booked on felony assault charges.
Paciello, who is being booked under the name of Christian Luzwigsen, is currently on parole.
Ronald Richards, lawyer for Villa, released this statement: "Mr. Roohi had nothing to do with the dispute, he was merely there to keep the peace. The incident had nothing to do with the bar whatsoever."
UPDATE: TMZ has spoken with the alleged victim, Will Wright. He says Reza was driving and hit Will dead-on with the car. Will says his forehead hit the hood, causing a cut that needed 15 stitches. Once Will flew back and landed on the pavement, he says Paciello got out of the passenger side and gave him the beating.

Might as well strap on a dress and call him Dorothy because Lance Bass is really popular with the boys from Oz.
Lance looked ecstatic with the randy Aussie gangbang outside Villa. Wonder how he would have felt if the boys weren't so pretty?

It's almost like her and her size 11's never left! Paris is back in L.A., after touring all over the world with her BF Benji Madden -- and girl wasted no time getting back into the swing.
Paris and Nicky hit up Villa last night, where one of them must have been having fun. Nicky, who is normally sour-faced, threw our photog a wink while Paris stayed tight-lipped. Which one is which?

K-Fed's 60-year-old lawyer is out on the town more than Paris, Lindsay and Brit combined! The powerhouse esquire took a lady friend out last night to STK for dinner and then out to hang with the youngins at Villa.
Get this -- the bouncers asked to see his ID. The guy almost qualifies for the seniors menu at Lenny's Denny's and he's being carded.

Webbed wonder Tobey Maguire caused the usual pap crush outside of Villa -- but this time, a large vase full of flowers was smashed in the process! Quick, call 911!
Two paps were handcuffed and put into police cruisers, only to be released later without even a citation. Law enforcement decided there was no sufficient evidence for formal punishment. Unless you count horticulture abuse.

As Jaleel White finagled his way into super exclusive Hollywood club Villa last night, one thing was abundantly clear -- he'll never shed the persona of the world's most loveable TV nerd.
Jaleel was down-to-earth and cool as could be after having a hard time getting into the club -- while shouts of "Urkel," "Did I do that?" and "You got any cheese?" echoed around the street packed with fans and paparazzi.

Chuck Liddell's nickname may be "The Iceman," but last night outside of Villa, he made one thing clear: he doesn't have trouble staying warm at night. He's surrounded by knockouts!
The punishing pugilist strutted from the club with two hot blondes, which quickly turned into three -- and then a feisty brunette showed him her best martial arts mounting technique.

It's usually hardcore hanky panky in club bathrooms that security has to deal with -- but stealing toilet paper? You've gotta be joking!
In one of the most bizarre club rejections TMZ has ever seen, a guy was kicked out of uber-exclusive Villa Lounge last night -- for stealing their TP!
It will be very difficult to wipe this from his record.

Now that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have finally tied the Italian knot, it's time for folks to start cashing in with souvenirs on eBay.
How would you like to own a piece of the castle where all the alleged magic happened? Well, not exactly a piece of the castle ... how about an ashtray? You heard us right: an ashtray from the Villa Odescalchi.
The ashtray wasn't part of the ceremony, and there's a good chance it was purchased from the castle well before the wedding, but it can still be your very own piece of TomKat history.
