UPDATE: Miley was not in any of the vehicles that were traveling in the caravan.
Miley Cyrus' tour bus driver was reportedly killed last night after one of the buses in her 4-vehicle caravan flipped over on a highway in Virginia.

Officials also confirmed the driver of the bus was the only fatality -- one other person was transported to a local hospital due to injury.
Officials are investigating whether the driver died before the crash or after -- which could explain why the bus drifted off the road. Officials also tell us the roads were really wet from overnight rain. A man at the scene says the bus appears to have drifted off the road for a fairly long stretch before tipping over.
A reporter from WTVR.com was on scene and shot footage of the wreckage.
A rep from Dinwiddie Fire and EMS tells us the bus had been carrying Miley's concert production crew -- there were several passengers on-board.
The survivors of the wreck were able to exit the bus through the front windshield, which was busted out during the crash.
Miley's manager tell us, "It was one of our tour buses, but not Miley's. It was one of our buses that transported our lighting crew."

We finally got video from Chris Brown's first day of hard labor -- a day that included waving to cameras, adoring fans ... and hours of actual, respectable, tough sweat-inducing work.

In the footage, obtained by NBC12 in Virginia, Brown can be seen using a rake to hack away at weeds -- while sporting an orange vest, a wifebeater and a stylish red baseball cap.
Several times during his court-ordered day of cleanup, Brown took a break from the weed-pulling to wave and smile for the cameras ... while armed police officers monitored the entire thing.
After his day was over, Brown was allowed to return to his home ... where he's already Twittering again.

UPDATE: Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Chris Brown has been placed on the roadside cleanup crew for the day -- which means he'll spend 3-5 hours picking weeds and picking up trash on the side of the road. The next time Chris reports for hard labor -- which may not be tomorrow -- he could be assigned to different tasks.
Roads in Richmond, Virginia are going to be a whole lot cleaner now -- but not necessarily safer -- because Chris Brown officially kicked off his 180 day hard labor sentence this morning with a little roadside cleanup.

Honk if you hate domestic violence.

There is a controversy regarding the story we ran about Chris Brown's hard labor duties in Virginia -- the City Councilman who gave us the information claims we got our facts wrong, even though we called him and got his approval on the story before we published it.
During that call, Councilman Doug Conner -- of the South Central 9th District, Richmond City Council -- had us make one correction regarding his responsibilities with the hard labor program.
Now, he's released a statement attacking the information in our article. We have tried to contact him about his accusations, but he has yet to respond.
Here is his press release:
"The statements and information ascribed to me yesterday in the article on the celebrity news website TMZ regarding singer Chris Brown are inaccurate and untrue.
I have no personal knowledge of, or information regarding, the singer Chris Brown. In speaking to a TMZ reporter, I simply related my experience with my own individual monthly District Cleanup Project in which I utilize the services of a community service program administered by the Richmond Sheriff's Office.
Some points I want to make very clear are:
I have no knowledge of any legal arrangements regarding Chris Brown.
Richmond, Virginia does not have a 'hard labor program.'
Virginia Commonwealth University does not have gang graffiti.
I have no knowledge of any clothing attire regarding the singer Chris Brown.
I have no knowledge of any times or schedules regarding anything to do with the singer Chris Brown.
I have no knowledge of any purported duties regarding the singer Chris Brown.
I have no knowledge of any purported management or supervision regarding the singer Chris Brown.
Richmond does not have a 'Department of Corrections.'
I am unaware of any purported transportation arrangements regarding Chris Brown."
