The Cook County state's attorney's office has just officially charged William Balfour with the murders of Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother and nephew.
He's been charged with three counts of first degree murder and one count of home invasion.
Balfour is scheduled for a bond hearing at noon Central time tomorrow.
UPDATE 4:21 ET: In their presser, which just ended, the State's Attorney and cops said they're "confident" about their case, which some unnamed sources have claimed is "mainly circumstantial." They said they do have physical evidence tying Balfour to the scene, and emphasized they did not cut a deal with Balfour's girlfriend to elicit her testimony.

William Balfour is flat out denying any involvement with the Hudson family triple murders -- and in today's parole hearing, officials say Balfour seemed "disturbed" by his girlfriend's accusation she saw him with a gun similar to the murder weapon.
According to Illinois Prisoner Review Board Chairman Jorge Montes, Balfour will remain in jail until at least December 3. The decision was based on the alleged gun connection as well as probable cause on a number of other alleged parole violations.

William Balfour's mom, Michele Davis-Balfour, refuses to believe he had a part in yesterday's double murder, saying, "Out of no means did my son do this. This heinous crime to this family is unbelievable. It's unbearable."
Cops don't seem to have her same sentiment, as William is the prime suspect for the murders of Jennifer Hudson's mother and brother, and is currently being held by Chicago police.
Michele went on to voice her concern for Hudson's missing nephew Julian King to CNN affilitate WLS: "Whoever has Jennifer Hudson's nephew or Julia Balfour's son, please, I'm begging you, me and my family are begging you to return that son."

William Balfour, the suspect in the double murder of Jennifer Hudson's mother and brother, seems to trade on the fame of Jennifer but doesn't want others to, at least according to his Myspace page.
Calling himself "FLEX A MILLION", Balfour says:
I AM A 26 YEAR OLD, I RESIDE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CHICAGO, I HAVE A WIFE HER NAME IS JULIA, AND I ALSO HAVE A 6 YR OLD STEPSON, I DON'T TOLERATE BULLSHIT, SO DON'T COME TO ME WITH IT, I LIKE TO LIVE LIFE AND EXPERIENCE EVERYTHING THATS WHY I'M HERE SEEING WHAT IT'S ABOUT, I MIGHT AS WELL LET YOU ALL KNOW THAT JENNIFER HUDSON IS MY WIFE'S SISTER I'M PROUD OF HER AND WISH HER NOTHING BUT THE BEST IN WHAT SHE DO BUT DON'T HIT ME UP ASKING BOUT HER, OTHER THAN THAT IT'S ON!
William also lists himself as a "proud parent". His 7 year-old step son is still missing.
