Congressman Gary Ackerman (D, NY), agrees with our theory -- Newt Gingrich may have torpedoed his home -- kinda sorta. You see, the Democratic Congressman lives on a houseboat in D.C. -- called Unsinkable II. So you ask, what happened to Unsinkable I? It's not around anymore, and we're told It sank. Our theory -- the Republicans did it. Ackerman didn't disagree.

Ahoy matey! Check out Johnny Depp's own personal Black Pearl, a luxury yacht called the Vajoliroja. 
Named for the first letters of the names of his family (longtime GF Vanessa, Johnny, daughter Lily Rose and son Jack), Vajoliroja -- which includes a crew of seven -- is anchored off the coast of Puerto Rico while JD makes his latest flick in the area.

Nicole Kidman is getting the serious stink-eye from her rich neighbors in a Sydney marina because she's left a big one in the water -- her yacht.
Nicole sold her apartment in fancy Walsh Bay and was supposed to take her boat, named Hokulani, when she moved. But a year later it's still there, according to the Sydney Morning Herald. The owners Nic left behind want it gone.
Some of them are bellyaching that Kidman is getting special treatment, and that she should have been fined.
A "rep" tells the SMH the boat will be moved next week.

The super conservative radio host Dr. Laura Schlessinger may put the smackdown on lazy parents, but some members of her yacht club are ready to lay down some smackin' on her!
Last weekend, Dr. Laura participated in a regatta run by the California Yacht Club. Sources tell us she accidentally sailed the wrong course because of a changed weather mark -- which gave her a 2nd place finish -- but she still refused to drop out of the race because it would hurt her chances of winning the competition! Maybe she was trying out for "Survivor."
Sources say Dr. Laura was competing in a series of races and anything less than second place would hurt her overall chances. They claim she initially would not hand over her title, but after many in the competition cried foul she reneged. For her part, Dr. Laura was never formally asked to withdraw from the race.
Dr. Laura's rep claims she withdrew from the race on her own, and she wasn't cheating -- it was a mistake, and she was happy to do the right thing.
Sailing is getting almost as cutthroat as shuffleboard!
Paris Hilton was snapped in a familiar position yesterday in Marina del Rey while aboard a yacht ... allegedly for a Fila shoot. This is supposedly one of her favorite yoga poses -- the downward facing doggy style.

Aging action star Bruce Willis is looking to "Die Hard" with yet another Ashton-aged babe, Karen McDougal, as seen here while "yachting" in Porto Cervo, Sardinia. 
Bru and Kar managed not to get their hair wet (easy for him) as they flirted and floated on a sunny day in the Tyrrhenian Sea. The famous action-packed father of three looked relaxed, while a world away, racy pix of daughter Rumer found their way onto the net. Daddy must be proud -- or is it the other way around?!
The father-daughter duo (Bruce and Rumer) are set to star next year with "OC"-ousted actress Mischa Barton in "Assassination of a High School President." Meanwhile, it looks like dad's doing some role research.

Hey y'all. Britz was out a'sailin' in Malibu this weekend, but the seafarin' fright-weaved mom/mess could only take it for less than 30 minutes. It's unclear whether the ocean made her nauseous, or she caught sight of her hair in the reflection of a yacht window.
Mama bit her lip and carried her boo boo, the cranky Jayden James Federline, away from the ship, while barely managing to keep her babe balanced and boob covered.
Britney also debuted a new weavehider headband, which appears to have been fashioned from an old bicycle tire. Ahoy, y'all!

Anna Nicole was in Florida to purchase this 39' boat, this according to statement from a Miami Beach yacht company.
According to a statement from Reel Deal Yachts, "The actual yacht purchase was finalized two weeks ago with Stern, Smith, and their Captain during their last trip to Miami. Smith was enthusiastic about the yacht purchase and having it moved to their new home in the Bahamas. The Captain and Stern took possession of the yacht yesterday. NBC6 in Miami featured a picture of the Carver yacht on its website.
Reel Deal also claims that Smith and Stern's original plan was to transport the yacht this morning to the Bahamas. Reel Deal confirms the yacht is on schedule to leave South Florida today.

You know you've hit rock star status when you're traveling around the world on a mega-yacht with half-naked beauties frolicking around you. And no, we're not talking about Diddy.
That's exactly what Lenny Kravitz did this weekend. During a trip off the coast of Italy, Kravitz laid low as a passing helicopter flew over the yacht and caught the ladies' attention, causing them jump up (exposing the goods), wave like crazy and smile to the passersby.
Whether Kravitz is rocking out on stage, wearing something unique or gallivanting around the planet, it's obvious that the man is a pure rock star, living the life some men only dream of.
