Lindsay Lohan was scheduled to do "The Tonight Show" this evening, but we're guessing that's not going to happen -- because she has the right to remain silent!

UPDATE (12:07 PM PT) -- "Tonight Show" reps confirm to TMZ that Lindsay will not being doing the show tonight.
