Heath Ledger had love last night for super sexy Helena Christensen -- for taking some unwanted camera attention away from him!
TMZ was outside of the Marc Jacobs show at the Lexington Avenue Armory last night as photogs went wild for the "Wicked Games" sexpot. Sensing it was his perfect moment to sneak in unnoticed, Heath Ledger made a dash for the door, when the crowd turned away from Helena and toward the recently estranged borefriend of Michelle Williams.
The Joker almost pulled off his sly entrance -- except for those meddling kids at TMZ!
