Ving Rhames Owes Arnold Some Scratch

The State of California might need to go medieval on Ving Rhames' ass.

Turns out Ving had a tax lien slapped on him last month by the state of California. Including penalties, interest and collection fees, Ving owes $191,828.71.

Ving might have an influx of cash coming in -- the house he owned where his caretaker died of a heart attack after being chased around by Ving's dogs is currently up for sale. It hasn't moved yet -- wonder why?
