Oksana Grigorieva's facialist just left the courthouse and told TMZ she thinks Oksana has not been treated fairly in her custody war with Mel Gibson.
Mady Shany, who not only services Oksana's face but is also her friend, was there to testify about Oksana's parenting skills as well as anything she knows about Mel.
Shany told TMZ ... as a mother Oksana is "the best."
