Tyga -- It’s Settled ... My Old Landlord Gets $80k

Tyga ditching on a crap ton of rent payments -- nearly $100k -- is finally biting him in the ass, and if he doesn't pay up now ... it's REALLY gonna cost him.

Tyga has a Monday deadline to fork over $80,000 to his ex-landlord in Calabasas. Both sides agreed on that amount to cover back rent payments. If you include interest ... he actually owed $124k, so the settlement is a sweet deal.

But obviously, paying on time isn't exactly Tyga's thing -- so during a hearing on Thursday ... the judge gave him a stern warning: Meet the deadline, or the landlord's gonna nail ya for the full $124,000.
