Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Cam Taylor-Britt is lucky to be alive -- the NFL-er told police he was a passenger in a terrifying crash in November, when a vehicle flipped in the street after colliding with a parked car.

Timothy Busfield just appeared in a New Mexico court for the first time since surrendering on charges of child abuse and criminal sexual contact with a minor ... and we've got it all on video.

As we reported ... the award-winning actor and director was accused of sexually abusing two boys who were child actors on "The Cleaning Lady" while he was directing the show in 2022 in New Mexico. At the time, prosecutors say, the child actors were 7 and 8 at the time of the alleged contact, and their parents reported the alleged crimes to the Albuquerque police two years later, leading to a criminal investigation.
Busfield's civil lawyer, Larry Stein, told TMZ ... he believes there is a revenge factor at work. He points to the criminal complaint, which essentially says an actress on set claims that the mother of both boys told her she vowed to get revenge after her sons were cut from the final season of the show.

Just weeks after Greg Biffle, his family, and others were tragically killed in a North Carolina plane crash, burglars broke into his home -- and stole $30K in cash.
The Iredell County Sheriff's Office says deputies were dispatched to the Biffle residence around 6 PM on January 8 for a possible break-in.
They reported that a backpack and $30,000 in cash were missing from the home.

Jonathan Ross -- the ICE agent who shot and killed Renee Good while she was behind the wheel of her car in Minneapolis last week -- reportedly suffered internal bleeding from their confrontation ... according to Trump administration officials.
Two unnamed U.S. officials told CBS News Ross sustained an injury to his torso, but did not divulge how extensive the bleeding was. The Department of Homeland Security confirmed the report of the injury, CBS News reports.
As you know ... Ross shot Goodin traffic on a residential street in Minneapolis on January 7. Good appeared to try to drive away from the scene as ICE officers ordered her out of her Honda Pilot. Ross, standing at the front of her vehicle, fired shots at Good, fatally striking her in the head. Video appears to show physical contact between Ross and the vehicle.
Tuesday night, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanchetold Fox News Digital ... "There is currently no basis for a criminal civil rights investigation." The incident was being investigated by the FBI ... the bureau excluded Minnesota state investigators from the case last week.
