5:45 PM PT -- After fans raised eyebrows about Hailey Bieber's name being removed from the Erewhon smoothie menu, an Erewhon employee tells TMZ ... they were told that the collaboration between HB and Erewhon was finished -- at this time, the contract has run its course.

Happy trails to the Hailey Bieber smoothie ... Erewhon has quietly stripped her name from the famous juice drink.

The upscale -- and super expensive -- grocery chain is no longer hawking a $20 Hailey Bieber Strawberry Glaze Skin Smoothie ... it's now just the Strawberry Glaze Skin Smoothie ... and yes, it still costs an Andrew Jackson.

Erewhon's famous smoothie had featured Hailey's name since 2022 ... it was super popular and a status symbol around Los Angeles.

The Notorious B.I.G.'s son, CJ Wallace, is firing back at the publicist who sued him earlier this summer ... filing his own defamation lawsuit against this publicist for claiming CJ helped lure him to a place where Diddy sexually assaulted him.

We broke the story in July ... Diddy and CJ were both sued by an anonymous man who claimed he was lured by CJ, Willie Mack, and several others to be hand-delivered to an awaiting Diddy ... who allegedly attempted to force oral sex on him.

According to the new legal docs, filed this week in Florida, CJ is now suing Jonathan Hay, who has admitted to being the John Doe in the earlier suit.

Tom Holland's set to star in an upcoming biopic about Fred Astaire ... but the late Hollywood legend's widow says the movie never got the green light from Fred's estate.

TMZ obtained a legal letter Fred's widow, Robyn Astaire, fired off to Amy Pascal -- one of the biopic's producers -- and Robyn makes it clear she hasn't authorized or granted permission for any portrayal of Fred in this biopic ... or any other film.

In the letter, Robyn says Fred "was explicit in his Will that he did not want his life story to be depicted on screen" ... and he says she "fully respects and upholds those wishes."

4:14 PM PT -- Tammeil Gilkerson, chancellor of the Peralta Community College District, said in a statement to TMZ ... "Last Chance U" star John Beam -- a longtime football coach who dedicated his life to helping the youth through sports -- has passed away at 66 years old after being shot on campus, Oakland P.D. confirmed on Friday.

As we previously reported, gunfire broke out on the Laney College campus on Thursday -- details surrounding the shooting were not revealed at the time ... but local outlets confirmed Beam was struck and taken to a nearby hospital.

In a press conference, Oakland PD stated Beam died Friday morning due to the injuries he suffered ... and stated it was "a very targeted situation."

Elon Musk's father says the United States' days are numbered ... he says when white people become the minority, the whole country is going "back to the jungle."

Errol Musk sat down for an interview with CNN for its upcoming special "MisinfoNation: White Genocide," and senior correspondent Donie O'Sullivan asked him about figures projecting white people will be a minority U.S. population within the next 20 years.

12:37 PM PT -- Alachua County Communications Director Mark Sexton tells TMZ Sports ... the first call for a fire at Harvin's home came in at 7:48 PM -- with crews arriving at 7:54 PM.

Crews didn’t see flames when they arrived. They entered the home, smelled smoke, and were then alerted that a fire had started on the roof.

The flames were extinguished by 9:17 PM, Sexton said. No residents or firefighters were hurt ... however, the house suffered smoke and water damage, while the roof sustained extensive damage.

Currently, investigators believe that a mechanical failure was the cause of the blaze.

Percy Harvin's Florida home erupted in flames Thursday evening ... triggering a huge response from firefighters, TMZ Sports has learned.

The inferno, which lit up the sky, was captured on video by a neighbor.

It's unclear if 37-year-old Harvin or his family were in the home at the time of the terrifying incident ... but indications are that no one was seriously harmed.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the star -- whose real name is Cody Detwiler -- was arrested Wednesday afternoon and booked into Williamson County Jail in Franklin, Tennessee. He bonded out of jail later in the day.

According to the indictment, obtained by TMZ, WhistlinDiesel is facing two felony counts of tax evasion related to the sales tax owed on a 2020 Ferrari F8 Tributo, apparently purchased in January 2023.
