Cardi B's wasting no time getting ready for her upcoming tour ... just days after having her fourth child, TMZ's exclusive video shows she's already back working on her fitness!

We got the clip of her Thursday morning in a New Jersey gym, rocking just a sports bra and leggings as she went through a workout sesh ... you can see she wasn't shy about showing her midsection. The whole scene made us think Cardi might have had the baby, and now that she's confirmed the birth, it all makes sense.

Eyewitnesses tell us she hit the gym with a couple trainers, and -- other than taking short breaks -- she was intensely focused on exercising.

Dave Burgess, the leader of the band behind the hit song "Tequila," is dead.

A musician, songwriter and producer, Dave was the band leader for The Champs ... and the group wrote the song "Tequila," which topped the charts in March 1958 and is still well-known to this day.

Dave died October 19 in Tennessee ... according to his obituary. The cause of death is unclear.

Cardi B is out and about, and her trip to a New Jersey gym has us wondering ... is there a new baby boy in her life?

In the short video -- shot Thursday in Tenafly, NJ -- Cardi's engrossed on her phone while sitting on a bench. Eyewitnesses tell us she was taking a break from her workout.

Interestingly .... she was wearing a sports bra and leggings ... not hiding her midsection.

We're told she hit the gym with two trainers -- one lady and one dude -- and she was in grind mode.

Stefon Diggs had his eyes on a cheerleader minutes after Cardi B announced the birth of their son ... because he tossed her a football during his NFL game.

Cardi took to social media Thursday to announce she had given birth to Stefon's boy ... shortly before Stefon's New England Patriots kicked off their Thursday Night Football matchup with the New York Jets.

Stefon caught a pass from quarterback Drake Maye in the first quarter and his route took him out of bounds ... and when he was on the sidelines he tossed the football to a Patriots cheerleader.

Pilot and reality TV star Pete Cappio is still encouraging folks to become air line pilots and air-traffic controllers ... he says the recent government shutdown presented challenges, but it shouldn't be a deal breaker.

Peter, who was on Charity Lawson's season of ABC's "The Bachelorette," tells TMZ ... it won't be the last government shutdown, and folks shouldn't be scared to work in the airline industry.

There's a shortage of air-traffic controllers nationwide ... and they worked without paychecks during the shutdown, but are owed back pay.

Justin Baldoni says Blake Lively improvised kissing him in a scene that was eventually deleted from the final cut of their film, "It Ends With Us," and that's one of the reasons he wants her lawsuit against him dismissed before the trial begins.

Part of Lively's lawsuit accuses Baldoni of kissing her during scenes where the script did not call for it ... but in new docs, he fires back that Blake herself did that to him during a hospital scene.

Justin actually included the scene in an exhibit attached to the suit ... and he claims the video proves she improvised the brief kiss. According to the docs, Justin says what's most appalling is, although he was directing, he claims Blake had rewritten this part of the script, and it didn't include any lip lock.

Aaron Michael, who finished 6th overall in "Project Runway" Season 19, is in police custody ... because he just got busted in West Virginia.

The designer was arrested Thursday on an out-of-state warrant ... according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Aaron is being held without bond at the North Central Regional Jail in Greenwood, where he posed for a mug shot in an orange jail jumpsuit.

Britton Shackelford -- a professional fisherman who has appeared on a spin-off of the hit show "Wicked Tuna" -- has been arrested for animal cruelty ... according to authorities in North Carolina.

The boat captain was arrested last week after the Dare County Sheriff's Office said they got a call about a missing animal.

After investigating, authorities determined Shackelford was "involved in the incident and discharged a firearm, resulting in the death of the animal." Sheriff's deputies arrested the 57-year-old for felony cruelty to animals and an additional misdemeanor charge.

Ray J is firing back at Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner with a lawsuit of his own after they sued him for defamation ... he says they were all in on the infamous sex tape, and it wasn't leaked against Kim's will.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Ray J reveals what he says actually went down with the sex tape. He claims he and Kim consensually shot a sex tape in 2003, and then in 2006 they discussed releasing it, and he says Kim insisted Kris be in charge of the release and commercial exploitation of the film.

In the lawsuit, filed by attorney Howard King, Ray J claims Kim and Kris have "spent two decades peddling the false story that the sex tape ... was leaked against her will."

Akon never should've been arrested, his team claims ... blaming the whole misunderstanding on a records-keeping issue.

A representative for the singer-songwriter tells us Akon already paid for the suspended license which resulted in his arrest ... but, the payment wasn't entered into the system properly.

We're told this clerical error -- a big one, if true -- will be rectified by the courts at Akon's hearing in early December.

1:51 PM PT -- Clase went before a Judge on Thursday ... and pleaded not guilty to the charges against him.

He was ordered to post a $600,000 bond, surrender his passport, and limit his travel between New York and Ohio. He also must refrain from gambling and submit to GPS monitoring.

While his lawyer, Michael Ferrara, attempted to convince the judge not to impose location monitoring, his efforts were unsuccessful.

A hearing in the case is scheduled for next month.

Cleveland Guardians pitcher Emmanuel Clase was arrested by FBI agents at John F. Kennedy International Airport on Thursday in connection to his pitch-rigging indictment.

John Marzulli from the Eastern District of New York DOJ confirmed to TMZ Sports the arrest took place about an hour ago ... following his arrival from the Dominican Republic.

This comes days after the DOJ indicted 27-year-old Clase on Sunday related to a gambling scheme. According to court documents obtained by TMZ Sports, Clase allegedly rigged bets by tipping off co-conspirators on pitches he planned to throw before games.
