Kim Kardashianand Kris Jenner are firing back at Ray J's accusation that they planned to release the infamous sex tape ... denying it all under oath.
According to new documents reviewed by TMZ ... Kim and Kris both filed declarations addressing old rumors about the sex tape being a "staged event" -- with both calling the charge a straight-up lie.
Kim says, "[Ray J's] claim that I had a plan with my mother and others to release a sex tape, defraud the public, and file a 'fake' lawsuit against the porn company that released it to 'create buzz' is a lie.”
Reality star Pumpkin spoke to TMZ about her decision to launch her OnlyFans … claiming she felt it was her time after watching friends make “pretty good money.”
Mama June’s daughter told TMZ she decided to announce her OnlyFans because “the world has seen tits and ass from everyone.”

He adds that their expert believes one injury could have occurred during Alisa's C-section birth about five weeks before her death. He also claims a rib fracture noted in the report may have happened during CPR efforts.
We broke the story ... Eric avoided jail in his operating under the influence case amid his fight over his late child’s autopsy. Court docs show he pleaded no contest, two other charges were dismissed, and he was ordered to pay $968 in fines.

The doctor who performed surgery on mom influencer Rachel Tussey is speaking out to deny that his work played any role in her health issues.
Dr. Tork tells TMZ, “I am heartbroken for Rachel Tussey and her family. My thoughts remain with her loved ones during this devastating time. Like them, I am struggling to understand how this could have occurred.”
Tork added, “Rachel’s surgery was completed successfully and without complications. When I last saw her in the recovery room as she prepared for her planned overnight stay, she was awake and in excellent condition with her husband by her side.
