Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have welcomed their second child -- a baby girl who's been named to honor Harry's late mother, Princess Diana, as well as his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex just announced their daughter's arrival Sunday morning, but they say Meghan actually gave birth on Friday at 11:40 AM at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. The little girl's name -- Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor.

They've already given her the nickname, Lili, and say she tipped the scales at 7 lbs. 11 oz.

Lili's got some big shoes to fill with that name -- her first is the Queen's family nickname, and then there's Princess Di ... Lili's grandmother. Giving her Diana's name is momentous for Harry, who -- along with Prince William -- is scheduled to unveil a statue of his mother in the UK this summer to mark what would have been her 60th birthday.

The Sussexes say Meghan and Lili are both healthy and settling in at their home in Montecito. The couple announced in February that they were expecting, and Lili's birth comes at a stressful time in the royal family.

As you know, earlier this year Meghan and Harry called out the royals for racism ... telling Oprah Winfrey, multiple family members had expressed concern their first child, Archie, would be too dark-skinned.

It will be interesting to see if a new baby, and Princess Di's statue ceremony, can help the House of Windsor mend fences.

Harry and Meghan now have a full set -- a boy and girl. Lili's big bro, Archie is 2.

Attention all tattoo artists in Denver ... Von Miller could be needing a cover-up soon!!!

The NFL superstar says he's now changing his unborn son's name ... this despite already inking it onto his body just 2 months ago!!!

The Denver Broncos pass rusher made the announcement on his social media page Thursday ... saying his son will no longer be Valor Miller, but will instead go by Legacy Miller when he's born later this summer.

"Get ready to play some golf son," Miller said after announcing the name change. "My legacy. He gon be a beast just like his daddy."

Miller had fun realizing this might require some sort of tattoo cover-up ... crossing out his "Valor" ink and writing the word "Legacy" above it.

"I had his other name tatted," Miller explained. "Valor can be his nickname."

The 32-year-old then ensured he still had plans for the kid to grow up a quarterback ... adding, "It's all love. I'm just excited for my young QB."

You've heard a lot about "Karens" over the past year -- very little of it good -- and the name's bad rep seems to have reached new parents, who want nothing to do with it.

Indeed, the name "Karen" has apparently plummeted in popularity among newborns who were popped out in 2020 -- this according to new data from the Social Security Administration, which tracks this kind of stuff.

HuffPo outlines it well -- citing a massive drop-off, from #660 on 2019's list to #831 for 2020 ... falling a whopping 171 slots. That's the lowest ranking "Karen" has had in this country since 1927 -- so yeah, it's obvious the name has taken a big hit of late.

Per the numbers, only 325 Karens were born last year compared to 439 in 2019 -- which might not sound like crazy numbers to begin with, but the percentage is what's interesting.

Frankly, Karen is an antiquated name these days, anyway, and it's been on a steady decline since the '60s when Karens were a dime a dozen ... clocking in its highest rate of 33,000 newborns in '65.

Still, some are blaming the new dip on the outrageous public acts of so-called "Karens" over the past year and change -- women caught up in dubious acts of insensitivity, idiocy and/or straight-up racism.

No matter how you look at it ... Karen does carry a certain connotation in 2021, and it looks like soon-to-be parents realized that last year and adjusted accordingly.

More great news for UFC superstar Henry Cejudo ... not only is he engaged to a Brazilian model -- he's also gonna be a daddy!!!

TMZ Sports has learned ... Triple C and his fiancée, Ana Karolina, are expecting their first child together -- a baby girl due in November.

Of course, Cejudo and Karolina first went public back in November 2020 ... and have been inseparable ever since.

Fun fact -- Cejudo previously said Ana was his crush for 4 YEARS before he finally got a chance to meet her through a mutual friend.

Now, the couple is set to welcome their baby girl in just a few months ... and have already decided on a name -- America.

We're told despite announcing their engagement on Instagram on Tuesday, 34-year-old Cejudo actually bent the knee in front of Ana's family in Sao Paulo back on April 29 ... and of course, she said "yes!"

The couple hosted a gender reveal party to share the big news with all their family and friends ... celebrating with some music and pink decorations.

Cejudo -- barring a UFC comeback (which he's flirted with) -- will have PLENTY of time to help with the baby prep ... he announced his retirement from MMA in May 2020 after beating Dominick Cruz at UFC 249.

Lance Bass and his husband Michael Turchin are doubling their family fun -- and perhaps their number of sleepless hours -- they're expecting twins this fall, one boy and one girl!!!

The 'NSYNC singer says the twins are due in early November, and things are finally looking up this time after going through 9 different egg donors and tons of hurdles.

Lance and Michael told PEOPLE the stars finally aligned after a different surrogate suffered a miscarriage in March 2020, sending them back to square one.

The couple's crediting their actor friend Taylor Frey with turning them on to their current surrogate and egg donor, and despite the heartbreak from 2020 ... Lance and Michael felt comfortable telling family about the pregnancy after 9 weeks in.

Remember, Lance and Michael were in the super early baby planning stages back in April 2018, telling us how they were going to decide whose sperm to use.

The competition sounds like it ended in a tie ... Lance and Michael say they each fertilized one of the embryos.

A teenager who'd apparently just given birth left her kid with a woman who was grubbing at a New Jersey restaurant -- but, luckily, the baby will get a good home after all.

This happened Wednesday in Jersey City, where Alease Scott and her boyfriend, Walter, were having lunch at a joint called El Patron ... when out of nowhere, this teen girl -- who's said to be just 14 years old -- wanders in somewhat cloaked, carrying a newborn in her arms.

In CCTV footage provided by the restaurant owners, you see the teen walk up to the counter to seemingly ask something, and then sits down at a table ... which is when Scott checks in.

She goes over to the young mother and they appear to have a brief conversation, before the girl finally hands her baby over to Scott who then takes the child, a girl, back to her table as she rocks her. The teenager comes over herself for a bit, but then abruptly walks out ... seemingly fleeing.

Scott later told the authorities that the teen mom was asking for help, and that Scott -- who's trained in CPR and first aid -- asked if she could check the baby's vitals ... which the mother allowed.

Sure enough, the police were called ... and a flock of first-responders showed up to the scene -- even providing oxygen to the baby as she appeared to be having trouble breathing. Reports say the infant also still had some of her umbilical cord attached.

"Love is Blind" star Mark Cuevas claims a woman from his fiancee's past is now threatening her and their baby ... and cops have made an arrest.

To better understand his death threat story, Mark says his fiancee -- Aubrey Rainey, who is about to give birth to their son -- was one of the victims of a series of hit-and-run crashes last year in Ohio.

According to Westlake PD PIO Gerald Vogel ... the suspect in those crashes is Shayla Harris and she was charged with attempted murder. He says Harris was involved in 2 other crashes similar to Aubrey's accident.

Vogel tells us Harris was released on bond, and she recently sent Facebook and IG messages to Aubrey threatening her and threatening to kill her unborn child.

We're told Mark and Aubrey filed a police report about Shayla's threats, and she's now been arrested by Westlake Police for misdemeanor aggravated menacing.

In Mark's video -- which was seemingly posted before he knew about the arrest -- he claims Harris sent more than 100 messages referencing Aubrey and their baby.

"I think they're awesome people and I can't wait to see what the baby's gonna look like!

That's UFC star Rose Namajunas sending big love to Ronda Rousey and Travis Browne on their newly announced pregnancy ... telling TMZ Sports, "She's gonna be a great mother!"

Rose and Ronda go way back ... in fact, Namajunas posted a pic with Rousey way back in 2014 (before Rose shaved her head!).

The two have had a friendly relationship ever since, with Ronda even showering Rose with praise after her 2018 victory over Joanna Jedrzejczyk.

And, now that Ronda and Travis are expecting, Rose couldn't be more excited for them -- "I'm really happy for them and their family."

Meanwhile, Rose is gearing up for a highly anticipated showdown with Zhang Weili for the UFC strawweight title at UFC 261 on April 24.

Weili hasn't lost a fight since her pro debut back in 2013 -- since then she's been on a 21-fight win streak with victories over stars like Jedrzejczyk, Jessica Andrade and Tecia Torres.

Rose tells us she's got the right skillset to break the streak.

"My movement, the way that I move, the way that I think and my fighting spirit. They're all unique."

So, how does she see the fight going?

"My game plan is the same every time. I go in there and punch their face, take their back and choke 'em out. It may manifest differently each time but that's my goal and that's what I'm focused on."

BADDEST BABY ON THE PLANET!!

UFC legend Ronda Rousey just announced she's 4 months pregnant -- and she's fired up!!!

Ronda and her husband, ex-UFC fighter Travis Browne, made the announcement in a video Wednesday morning ... saying, "Umm, how do I put this? Pow, 4 months pregnant!"

Ronda explained, "I've been pregnant since January -- so 4 months, baby bump! I can't hide it anymore so it's time to show it off."

Ronda and Travis have been talking about wanting to have children for the past few years -- she even took a hiatus from her gig with WWE back in 2019 to focus on starting a family.

Ronda said in the video there's "much more to the story" behind the pregnancy -- but didn't want to focus on those details just yet.

For the record, Ronda and Travis have NOT revealed the gender yet -- but insist they will break that news soon.

Due date -- September 22!

Ronda sent a message to her fans saying, "Thank you everybody for all the well wishes and all the positivity to get to this point."

"Baddest baby on the planet coming to you soon!"

Ronda is one of the greatest MMA fighters of all time -- she was the UFC's inaugural women's bantamweight champion and defended the belt 6 times!

Before her MMA career, she was a decorated judo athlete -- who won the bronze medal for the U.S. at the 2008 Olympics.

Two people died in Mexico when a plane being used for a gender-reveal stunt crashed into the sea, as the parents-to-be and guests cheered for the big moment ... that never came.

The deadly crash happened this week off the coast of Cancun, where expecting parents hired a plane to fly a banner announcing they were having a baby girl.

As you can see, the plane is doing a series of stunts over the water before it takes a nosedive straight down, disappearing into the water with a huge splash.

You can hear the family watching the flyover from a boat screaming in horror as the plane crashes and sinks.

There were 4 people on board the aircraft, and 2 of them died ... according to local reports. One person died before rescuers could reach the victims, and another died while receiving first aid.

Tessica Brown's got more great news on the heels of finding out the masses in her breasts were not cancerous ... SHE'S PREGNANT!!!

Tessica's manager, Gina Rodriguez, tells TMZ ... Tessica and her fiancé, Dewitt Madison, are expecting their first child together. What's more ... they're going to blend their family. She has 5 kids from a previous relationship and he has 4 kids. Yup ... 10 kids together!!!

We're told they've been together for a year now -- and got engaged last June -- but dated many years ago. Btw, he owns his own lawn care and floor cleaning business.

Tessica -- better known to her legion of fans as the Gorilla Glue Woman -- doesn't know how far along she is ... but has an appointment next week for an ultrasound. For now, the proof's in the puddin' ... she's got not one, not two, not three but FOUR positive pregnancy tests. And, yes, the nausea's here ... and it's real.

And, for those who are wondering ... yes, Tessica's hoping the Gorilla Glue incident doesn't affect the baby whatsoever. #CrossingFingers.

We're told she had taken a pregnancy test right before her mommy makeover last month ... and it was negative. As we reported ... things went smooth after Bev Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Obeng worked his magic ... but she got some scary news after the same doc -- working on a boob job -- discovered lumps in her breasts.

Emma Stone is glowing big time ... 'cause TMZ's learned she's given birth to her first child!!!

Sources tell TMZ ... the Oscar-winning actress gave birth Saturday, March 13 in the L.A. area. No word yet on if they had a boy or a girl, but we're guessing Emma and hubby comedian/writer/director Dave McCary are thrilled either way.

We last saw Emma out about last month in L.A. ... looking elegant, but very ready for the baby to arrive.

Emma and Dave met when she was hosting 'SNL' in 2016, and he was directing a taped sketch for the episode. They kept their relationship under wraps for quite a while ... until they went public by attending the 2019 Screen Actors Guild Awards together.

Dave eventually popped the question in December 2019, which they announced on social media -- Emma looked pretty damn proud, showing off the huge rock, and Dave captioned his post with a simple double heart emoji.

Bindi Irwin gave her hubby one helluva gift on their wedding anniversary ... their first daughter!!!

'Crocodile Hunter' Steve Irwin's only daughter has announced she gave birth to Grace Warrior Irwin Powell on Thursday ... which also marked her 1-year wedding anniversary with Chandler Powell.

Grace weighed in at a healthy 7 pounds, 7 ounces and 20 inches. She was born at 5:52 PM. Bindi shared the news on Instagram and captioned it, "Celebrating the two loves of my life. Happy first wedding anniversary to my sweetheart husband and day of birth to our beautiful daughter."

Bindi also explained the meaning behind Grace's name. She said, "Grace is named after my great-grandmother, and relatives in Chandler’s family dating back to the 1700s. Her middle names, Warrior Irwin, are a tribute to my dad and his legacy as the most incredible Wildlife Warrior. Her last name is Powell and she already has such a kind soul just like her dad."

As we reported ... Bindi and Chandler got married last March and she said "I do" at the Australia Zoo in front of a limited crowd due to the pandemic. Bindi had said a lot of their planning, spanning nearly a year, had to be scrapped last minute because of COVID-19 ... including the size of the guest list.

Patrick Mahomes' fiancee, Brittany Matthews, just introduced the world to the couple's newborn baby girl in a precious video ... and the little Mahomes is ADORABLE!!!

Brittany revealed the first-ever public images of Sterling Skye Mahomes Wednesday evening ... showing Matthews' journey from early pregnancy to motherhood in a workout montage.

The video is super cute ... it begins with Brittany doing hip thrusters at 24 weeks pregnant -- and then progresses into Brittany doing hip thrusters with little Sterling on her chest months later.

Brittany captioned the clip, "The most amazing journey, to bring the biggest blessing into our life. Baby girl, we love you!"

As we previously reported, the K.C. Chiefs' star quarterback and his fiancee's first baby was born on Feb. 20.

Brittany made the public announcement a day later, saying the little girl came out 6 lbs and 11 ounces!!!

FYI -- Patrick and Brittany have been dating for YEARS -- they connected way back in high school and got engaged at the Chiefs' Super Bowl ring ceremony in Sept. 2020.

The couple is still trying to lock down a wedding date amid the pandemic ... but something tells us they've got their hands full focusing on little Sterling at the moment!

Patrick Mahomes and his fiancee, Brittany Matthews, are proud, happy parents of a healthy baby girl ... and the name is awesome!

The Kansas City Chiefs QB and his bride-to-be made the announcement Sunday with matching photos and similar captions. It depicts a close-up shot of mom, dad and baby's hands/fingers all touching ... with Brittany wearing a necklace with the kid's name.

She goes by Sterling Skye Mahomes -- and Brittany shared she was born Saturday, coming in at 6 lbs, 11 oz.

The couple revealed the baby's gender back in October -- using their dogs to help with the announcement. Mahomes proudly called himself a #GirlDad."

Just a couple days ago, Brittany posted photos of a maternity shoot she'd done, with Patrick in tow.

 "Ready to meet you baby girl 💕," Brittany posted .

The couple came out publicly with news they were expecting back in September -- not too long after Pat popped the question to his longtime girlfriend.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have another bun in the oven ... they're expecting baby #2.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex made the announcement Sunday, saying they are due to have a second child together ... although they didn't reveal how far along Meghan is, or the sex of the baby.

The couple says, "We can confirm that Archie is going to be a big brother. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are overjoyed to be expecting their second child." It looks like they already posed for some maternity shots too -- photo and personal friend Misan Harriman snapped some photos of Meghan and Harry in a lush forest, showing off her baby bump.

Harriman apparently did the photoshoot remotely, adding this ... "Meg, I was there at your wedding to witness this love story begin, and my friend, I am honoured to capture it grow. Congratulations to The Duke and Duchess of Sussex on this joyous news!"

The news comes not too long after Meghan revealed in November she'd suffered a miscarriage this past July, detailing the heartache and agony she and Harry went through ... and in private, no less. Her pregnancy wasn't known until she discussed it in the NYT.

Archie, who was born in 2019, will be turning 2 in May. Not a bad age difference as an older sibling.
