'Bling Ring' Leader Miley's Burglars Are Idiots!!

Miley Cryus was burglarized by halfwit amateurs who had no business breaking into the star's home -- this according to one of the masterminds of Hollywood's Bling Ring robberies.

Nick Prugo -- who served prison time for his famed string of celebrity heists -- tells TMZ he's not impressed by Naomi Charles and Tylor Scott ... who said the Bling Ring inspired them to break into Miley's house.

Prugo calls them "morons" ... and says if they learned anything from the Bling Ring, "it should've been that stealing is wrong and karma always comes back around."

Hindsight -- Prugo's is pretty good.

Kris/Bruce Jenner Divorce $60 Million Split

Kris and Bruce Jenner's divorce settlement was probably less than you think, because multiple sources tell us ... the pot they divided was approximately $60 million.

We're told dividing the assets was "easy and amicable" ... almost all of their earnings were put in a joint account, and that includes their TV profits, Bruce's speaking engagements and their ownership in various businesses.

TMZ broke the story ... lawyers were not involved in the property settlement ... it was all done with the help of their business managers. Each filed legal docs in pro per -- meaning without lawyers.

Part of the settlement ... Kris gets the Hidden Hills estate. Bruce gets to keep his Sherwood Country Club membership.

There's no spousal support. The property gets divided, and that's that.

Miley Cyrus Burglars Inspired by Bling Ring Chick was Ringleader

The 2 people who burglarized Miley Cyrus and stole her Maserati credit The Bling Ring for their heist ... according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Naomi Charles and Tylor Scott just copped a plea -- he got 5 years in prison and she's got a year in county jail.

Turns out ... Naomi was the leader of the pack, according to the detective who handled the case. She was treated more leniently because he had a prior record.

As for Miley ... the probation report says she was so traumatized by the June break-in she wanted to move. The report says, "They [Miley's people] had to increase her personal security ... there are not many places the victim feels secure and private."

Miley's lawyer says in the legal docs, Miley wanted a sentence that would deter them and others from doing the same thing in the future.

Miley Cyrus Burglars Will Do Time For Maserati Theft

The Bonnie-and-Clyde burglars who broke into Miley Cyrus' house and stole her Maserati and jewelry ... will both serve years behind bars ... TMZ has learned.

Tylor Scott and Naomi Charles both copped pleas Monday ... guilty on 1 count of felony residential burglary. Scott also pled guilty to felony grand theft.

Scott will spend the next five years in state prison. Charles got off a lot easier ... 1 year in county jail. The judge hammered Scott because he has a prior record and he had a gun during the burglary.

TMZ broke the story ... Scott and Charles broke into Miley's house in June while she was out of town ... and made off with jewelry, purses, clothes ... and her Maserati. They were arrested a few days later after cops ID'd them from surveillance video.

Celeb Hackers MALE Stars Panicking ... We Don't Want Our Junk Leaking Next!

The next celebrity hacking victim could well be a guy ... so fear a number of young, male Hollywood celebs -- and some are going to great lengths to keep their junk private.

TMZ spoke with multiple male celebs -- mostly actors -- who tell us it's all they're talking about ... and they're scared.

As we previously reported ... a bunch of celebs were hacked over the weekend -- including Kim Kardashian, Gabrielle Union, Amber Heard, Rihanna and Vanessa Hudgens. No dudes.

We're told the male celebs have contacted friends, former lovers and coworkers ... warning them they may be phishing targets ... the guys think most of the hacking involves people connected to the celebs but not the celebs themselves.

The guys we've spoke with all say ... they're now changing their passwords weekly ... and some now have phones that are not connected to the cloud.

One male celeb who was hacked last year says he now has all his emails on a private server ... and he's alerted if anyone attempts to read them.

They all think it's just a matter of time.

Gabrielle Union I'm Calling the FBI Over Leaked Topless Pics

Gabrielle Union says she was the victim of a digital hate crime ... after some topless photos she sent to Dwyane Wade somehow leaked onto the internet -- and now her legal team will be contacting the FBI.

Union and Wade released a joint statement saying, "it has come to our attention that our private moments, that were shared and deleted solely between my husband and myself, have been leaked by some vultures."

They add, "I can’t help but to be reminded that since the dawn of time women and children, specifically women of color, have been victimized, and the power over their own bodies taken from them. These atrocities against women and children continue worldwide."

Topless pics of what appears to be super model Emily Ratajkowski and Jenny McCarthy also leaked online today -- as well as nude photos that appear to be Kate Bosworth and Lake Bell.

Union and Wade add, "For anyone out there also being affected by these and other hacking and hate crimes - We send our love, support and prayers. We have done nothing wrong."

We reached out to reps for Ratjkowski, McCarthy, Bosworth and Bell ... so far, no word back.

Pusha T Accused of Party Foul ... Doubling Down in Miami Nightclubs

Pusha T got busted cheating in Miami, and it could cost him thousands of dollars -- except it's not a chick who caught him stepping out ... it's a couple of clubs.

According to a lawsuit filed in Miami, the rapper agreed to do an appearance at Cameo nightclub on August 16 -- and part of the deal banned him from appearing at any other clubs within 30 miles of Miami-Dade County within 15 days ... before or after his Cameo gig.

So, naturally ... Pusha was at Dream Nightclub on August 15 for a celebrity hoops tournament, and Cameo's calling a foul. They claim Pusha's double cross -- intentional or not -- cost them $13,000 in sales ... cause who wants to see Pusha T on consecutive nights?

Cameo is suing for their lost revenue and more. We called Pusha T, but he hasn't gotten back to us. Probably at another club.

Keyshia Cole ARRESTED For Assaulting Woman In Birdman's Condo

Keyshia Cole spent a not-so-pleasant Friday morning in jail ... after allegedly assaulting a woman who apparently spent the night with Keyshia's rumored BF.

Keyshia showed up at a swanky condo complex in West L.A. at around 5 AM. We're told she went there to see Birdman -- the CEO of Cash Money -- who she's reportedly dating.

Our sources say ... for some reason security let her go up to Birdman's penthouse and when she got in she saw another woman and went nuts.

We're told Keyshia attacked her ... leaving scratches all over her face.

Cops were called ... and Keyshia was arrested for battery and an outstanding reckless driving warrant.

She was just released on $46,000 bail.

We called Keyshia's rep ... so far no comment.

Jamie Foxx & 2 Chainz Major Party Buzz New Song Copies Old Song

6:53 P.M. PDT -- According to a rep, "DJ Mustard did not grant any rights to a third party to exploit the recording, "Party Ain't A Party, " and, accordingly, this claim against DJ Mustard has absolutely no merit."

Jamie Foxx callously crushed the dreams of an up-and-coming singer ... by jacking his song -- "Party Ain't a Party" -- so Foxx could selfishly resurrect his own music career, according to a new lawsuit.

Foxx released the song -- featuring 2 Chainz -- as a single this week ... "after being absent from the music scene for over four (4) years," according to court docs obtained by TMZ.

Just one problem -- it's the EXACT same song recorded by a young artist named J Rand a year earlier! Seriously, listen ... the ONLY difference between the two tracks are the singers.

Nontra Records says the rip-off is blatant and shameless -- because J Rand's version and Foxx's version were both produced by the same guy -- DJ Mustard.

Nontra's suing all 3 guys -- Foxx, 2 Chainz and DJ Mustard.

Keanu Reeves Super-Coolly Subdues Home Intruder

Keanu Reeves had his chance to reprise his famous line from "The Matrix" -- "I know Kung Fu" -- because we've learned a woman broke into his house while he was sleeping and plunked herself on his library chair.

Reeves was snoozing at 4 AM Monday when he heard sounds coming from his library ... yes, Ted "Theodore" Logan has a library.

The actor got up, walked in and saw a woman in her mid-40's sitting in his chair, not uttering a peep.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Keanu calmly approached her and began speaking to her. She explained she was there to meet him. He very calmly called 911 and obtusely told the dispatcher cops needed to roll quick.

Police came and took the woman into custody. She was taken for a psych evaluation.

It's another amazing story of an obsessed fan gaining entry into a celeb's house. It recently happened to Sandra Bullock ... the fan ended up at her bedroom door as she was sleeping. Interesting ... that's Keanu's "Speed" co-star.

Keanu lives in an area in the Hollywood Hills tour bus drivers call "Hunk Alley." Leo DiCaprio is his neighbor. Tobey Maguire used to live next door to Keanu. The drivers call out Keanu's house -- which is built like a fort, so it's just amazing someone broke in.

Here's what's even more amazing. Apparently he didn't set his alarm.

Ex-'Party Down South' Star Old Bosses Warn ... Your Lotion's Giving Us a Rash

Taylor "Lil' Bit" Wright -- who quit the TV show "Party Down South" -- is rubbing her old bosses the wrong way ... with a line of body lotions that capitalizes on her reality show persona.

Wright's been on social media lately promoting a brand of moisturizer and suntan lotion called "Lil' Bit Country" ... but TMZ has learned the network honchos at Viacom (CMT's parent co.) sent her a cease and desist letter demanding she stop using her nickname to promote the skin care products.

The network's position is it owns the name, Lil' Bit -- but sources close to LB tell us she's been using the handle since long before the show ... and she has no plans to yank it off the lotion.

'Django' Actress & BF TX Cops ALSO Racially Profiled Us!

"Django Unchained" actress Daniele Watts and her BF were victims of racial profiling by cops in Texas ... months before they accused the LAPD of the same thing -- or so they claim.

Brian Lucas posted on his Facebook page May 23rd, "We just got pulled over for speeding & were actually "profiled" as a bi-racial, queer couple by a rookie Texas State Trooper." He also posted a selfie of him and Watts posing next to a silver Mercedes.

We broke the story ... Watts played the race card in a big way last Thursday ... when L.A. cops responded to reports of a couple having sex in a parked, silver Mercedes. They deny they were banging ... and said officers targeted them because he's white and she's black.

As for the Texas incident, Lucas called it a magical experience, adding "we are ok and spirit even supported us in a RAWKin' cool way that we couldn't even plan."

Maybe TX was just the opening act for L.A.

Ben Affleck Yeah, I Got Booted From Casino For Counting Cards

Ben Affleck just confirmed TMZ's story that he was kicked out of the Hard Rock Casino for counting cards in blackjack ... but he says the casino really is just a sore loser because there's nothing wrong with it.

Affleck told Details Magazine, "I took some time to learn the game and became a decent blackjack player. And once I became decent, the casinos asked me not to play blackjack."

TMZ broke the story in May ... Ben's been banned for life from the blackjack tables at the Hard Rock because security caught him counting cards, but fact is ... it's not illegal. Really, it's just kind of awesome.

Ben says he's been kicked out of other casinos as well, but they're all more than happy to let him play other games where he might lose.

Affleck also says reports that wife Jennifer Garner is pissed off at him for excessive gambling are BS. He says he's not a compulsive gambler.

He's not compulsive ... he just likes to win -- a lot.

Columbus Short Sorry Judge, But Skipping Court for Barbados Was The Best!!

In the mind of Columbus Short, blowing off a court date in his domestic violence case for a trip to Barbados is "the best thing" he's ever done -- though his bar might be set pretty low.

As TMZ first reported, Short was arrested last month after he royally pissed off the judge in his domestic violence case by skipping a hearing to hang out in the Caribbean instead.

Stupid, right? Not to Columbus -- watch him justify the trip, and brazenly claim he STILL deserves a break in the case.

Is there a word for chutzpah in Barbados?

Cher Sued Choreographer Claims Black Dancer Quota

Cher is being sued for allegedly telling her choreographer there were too many black people on stage during her concerts ... but the singer says the allegations are BS.

According to a new lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- Cher was auditioning dancers for her "Dressed to Kill" tour in 2014 when choreographer Kevin Wilson said he particularly liked "a minority female dancer." Wilson claims Cher responded, "We have too much color onstage."

Wilson claims in the suit -- filed by attorney Perry Wander -- Cher then told him to find a white, blonde dancer. Wilson further claims he was instructed "not to cast anymore dark skinned black dancers on the tour."

And there's this ... according to the lawsuit, after a show this past June in Louisville, a male dancer invited a female fan to his hotel room and allegedly got sexually aggressive. The suit claims Cher tried to cover it up ... keeping the male dancer in the show and firing the 3 whistle-blowers, including Wilson.

The 3 claim they were told the reason for the firing was budget cuts, which they pooh pooh because the tour was a huge success, grossing a reported $54.9 million and her Bob Mackie costumes cost $100,000 a pop.

Wilson -- who is black -- is claiming racial discrimination and retaliation.

Cher's rep tells TMZ, "These are ridiculous allegations. They couldn't be further from the truth." Cher's lawyer zeroed in on the alleged racial statement, calling it "untrue and categorically denied," adding, "To attribute such a statement to Cher is absurd."
