Lucy Hale Take Down My Topless Pics ... Or Else

Lucy Hale's legal team is going after a site that posted topless selfies of her in a bed.

The "Pretty Little Liars" star's lawyer, Marty Singer, fired off a threatening letter to Celeb Jihad, which posted 2 racy photos from her phone that were apparently sent to a friend. The pics show exposed breasts and nipples, and a breast tattoo came along for the ride.

Singer could not be clearer ... Lucy owns the pics and insists they were meant for a friend, but someone hacked into her phone.

We're told the site is reviewing the letter, but for now ... the pics remain front and center on the site.

There's more ... but you get the point.

Dareus is adamantly denying having ANYTHING to do with it -- saying he was hacked and "I would never say those things."

'Jackass' Star Hacking Victim After Death ... Mom Wants Justice

Ryan Dunn from "Jackass" is tweeting bizarre messages -- which is weird due to him being dead -- and his family's on a mission to stop the "disgusting" hackers, stat.

The tweets started posting a few days ago and were written as if it were Ryan from beyond the grave. One of them joked Ryan had met Harambe the gorilla in heaven -- and another references Tupac.

Ryan's mom, Linda, tells us the posts aren't coming from any friends or family ... and she has no idea how the account got hacked. They never took it down after his death.

You'll recall, Dunn died in a 2011 car crash -- he plowed his Porsche into woods at 130 MPH following a night of heavy drinking.

Celebrity Hacker I'm Keeping that Computer And Writing a Book on Celeb Secrets

The man scheduled to be sentenced Tuesday for hacking into celebrity email accounts is bragging to inmates he's got more where that came from, and he's going to write a book.

According to federal guidelines, Alonzo Knowles faces up to 33 months in prison for his cyber crime. Prosecutors have been leaning on him to give up his computer, possibly in return for a lighter sentence. But, according to new legal docs filed by the U.S. Attorney, Knowles won't play ball.

The U.S. Attorney claims Knowles has told his brother, and other prisoners, the computer has great value and it's worth spending an extra year in jail in return for getting rich off a book chronicling celebrity secrets.

The legal docs say Knowles told his brother, "Yo, when I get out dog, I'm going to be a millionaire dog, trust me when I say that ... I'm gonna be rich as hell."

Prosecutors are asking the judge to impose a harsher sentence than provided by federal guidelines because Knowles has shown no remorse.

DJ Paul van Dyk shot off a shockingly offensive tweet to his 1.37 mil followers Thursday afternoon, but he's dismissing the message ... saying he's the victim of hackers.

First, the tweet: "RULE #1: No black people allowed at concerts from this point on. No exceptions."

Now, Paul's explanation. His rep tells us the popular DJ 100% did not compose the tweet, and points out the cyber attackers hit Paul on other fronts too. Hackers also got into his website, posted several credit card numbers and deleted the rest of his site.

Paul's team eventually regained control of his accounts and restored the website.

Most importantly, the rep says that tweet contradicts everything Paul's ever stood for.

Courtney Stodden Sex Tape Interruptus Thanks to Hackers

Courtney Stodden's big sex tape debut was derailed by hackers who were trying to steal the code and pilfer the porn.

Vivid.com unveiled Courtney's solo tape Thursday and everything was humming along, until the IT department noticed someone was trying to steal the code to the tape.

Vivid honchos believed the hackers were gunning for some kind of general release, bypassing the porn giant ... so the IT department shut down the entire site for more than an hour while they figured out how to block the hackers.

Vivid says the cyber attack failed. Poor hackers -- where will they ever find porn on the Internet?

In the apology, posted on Facebook, he says participating in the show makes you vulnerable ... and he assumed it would not "include things you think would embarrass your family."

The cover-up only came to light when WikiLeaks posted hacked Sony emails between Ben and show execs.

Ben says he believes America's slavery history should not be swept under the rug ... and adds, "I regret my initial thoughts that the issue of slavery not be included in the story. We deserve neither credit nor blame for our ancestors."
