Tracy Morgan sticks to his O.G. status on and off camera, especially when he hears his hit new show just got picked up for a new season ... queue LL Cool J slaps.

We got Tracy Monday arriving to the 'Daily Show' set in NYC, where he was scheduled to appear as one of Trevor Noah's guests. He also happened to show up hours after the news broke that his TBS comedy, "The Last O.G.," had gotten picked up for a second season.

Call us crazy, but it sounds like Tracy knew his character, Tray, was coming back -- 'cause he was blasting LL's 2004 single, "Headsprung," out of his Rolls-Royce, which is nothing short of a party anthem. He also had on the biggest damn chain in the world.

Dane Cook is still gettin' it ... canoodling with his hot, 19-year-old girlfriend on the shores of Hawaii.

The 45-year-old actor/comic revealed last month he was dating Kelsi Taylor. She's in show biz too ... trying to make it big as a singer and an actress.

They've been together for awhile ... it's their second trip to Hawaii. They made the trek last July.

This time around they vacationed with 3 friends on the island of Maui ... arriving in a private jet.

BTW ... Dane's never been hitched before and has no kids. He does, however, have a dog, Chopper, so we're guessing Kelsi must love dogs.

Dave Chappelle is taking heat for some comments he made on his new Netflix special -- that actor Anthony Rapp was not really harmed by Kevin Spacey's conduct because he "grew up to be gay anyway" -- but some big comedians are squarely in Chappelle's corner.

Chappelle cracked the jokes during his special, The Bird Revolution, referring to Rapp's claim that Spacey tried to grope and seduce him at a party when he was just 14. Chappelle quips, "And not to victim-blame, but it seems like the kid of situation that a gay 14-year-old kid would get himself into."

Hannibal Buress had to be physically pushed into a police car when he was arrested after a heated confrontation with cops.

This video show the famous comedian after he was cuffed at around 2 AM Sunday, challenging Miami cops to justify the detention, repeatedly asking them to explain what probable cause they had.

Buress refused to get in the police car and after a standoff that lasted several minutes he was pushed inside the patrol unit.

Cops told him he was arrested for trespassing but a jail official told TMZ the arrest was for "disorderly intoxication."

Buress was released at around 6 AM after posting a $500 bond.

Marlon Wayans and Busta Rhymes pulled no punches torching each other in a freestyle rap battle that was probably better suited for a "Comedy Central Roast."

Marlon and Busta hit up the official reopening of LIV in Miami Sunday night where they celebrated Jeezy's birthday. Wilmer Valderrama and Teyana Taylor were also there, but the REAL action happened outside.

Marlon and Busta, for some reason, decided to put on a show with insults flying back and forth. It's pretty hilarious, and if we had to pick a winner -- hand Marlon the belt.

C'mon, he worked ... "You look like black Shrek" into his rhyme.

Ann Coulter should be kissing Comedy Central's collective ass for the way she was "edited" on the 'Rob Lowe Roast' ... according to Jeff Ross, who says it could've been much worse for her.

We got The Roastmaster General himself in NYC, and you can tell he has some serious mixed feelings about having had Ann on the dais -- after she came on "TMZ Live" and accused producers of editing her to make seem like she bombed.

But Jeff does say he'd have her back for another roast, but only for one specific person.

Ann Coulter got the shaft on the "Comedy Central Roast of Rob Lowe" -- not because every celeb on the dais ripped her to shreds -- but because Comedy Central made it seem like her jokes bombed.

That's Ann's version of what went down during the taping, anyway. She came on "TMZ Live" to talk about the beating she took -- even a few liberals have sympathy for the conservative lightning rod in the aftermath of the show.

Coulter told us she wrote her own jokes and claims she got plenty of laughs in the room -- but she has a theory on why that laughter was missing from the final cut.

You knew it was gonna happen ... comics ripping Peyton Manning so badly, producers had to cut some of the racier jokes out of the "Comedy Central Roast of Rob Lowe."

Well, good news ... David Spade is revealing some of HIS Manning zingers that were deemed too hot for the actual show (which airs on Labor Day) ... and they're pretty hilarious.

Peyton Manning took aim at Ann Coulter at the Comedy Central Roast of Rob Lowe this weekend -- comparing her to a horse ... right to her face.

The NFL legend was a roaster at the event -- which taped over the weekend -- and joined just about every other celebrity in taking shots at the political commentator.

"I’m not the only athlete up here," Manning said ... "As you know, earlier this year, Ann Coulter won the Kentucky Derby."

Don't worry, Peyton took some shots as well -- in fact, Rob Lowe targeted his massive forehead.

"Peyton Manning is a two-time Super Bowl champion and a Hall of Famer but it didn't give him a big head," Lowe said ... "That came from years of inbreeding."

Peyton Manning's got one HUGE obstacle to overcome if he wants to slay at the "Comedy Central Roast" of Rob Lowe -- but Jeff Ross says the QB is already showing serious promise.

"Athletes are funny, but they don't always take a joke well," Ross told us at The Comedy Store in L.A.

"They're usually very sensitive."

FYI, several athletes have been featured on 'Roasts' in the past -- including Warren Sapp, Mike Tyson and Shaq.

The good news for Manning ... Ross says Peyton has already proved he has thick skin -- and expects nothing less than hilarity when #18 takes the stage.

Peyton Manning got himself a job this NFL season after all ... ROASTER ... and his target will be Rob Lowe.

The ex-QB will be on the dais during the "Comedy Central Roast" of Peyton's fellow DirecTV pitchman -- which airs on Labor Day.

David Spade will serve as Roast Master -- and will get some help from his old "Tommy Boy" co-star Bo Derek.

"Key & Peele" star Keegan-Michael Key famously shared a stage with President Obama, but says NO amount of money will get him to do the same for presidential candidate Donald Trump.

Key brought the house down at last year's White House Correspondents' Dinner with his "Anger Translator" skit -- so we got him at LAX and asked him if he'd be down to do some comedy with the Donald.

For once, Key wasn't laughing. Watch ... 'cause he didn't just shoot down the possibility, he explained why in detail.

Sooo ... a round of golf is probably out of the question?

Amy Schumer got up on a super small stage and not only treated about 15 people to a comedy show, she even furiously played the drums.

Eddie Murphy has opened the door to a return to the comedy stage.

Eddie was arriving at the Four Seasons in Georgetown ... he's in D.C. to pick up the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor at the Kennedy Center.

Prez Obama's sure to be there, and Eddie returned the flattery in advance.

Steve Rannazzisi got a slice of good news in the wake of his 9/11 lie admission ... Comedy Central aired his special.

The network hedged after Steve disclosed he was not in one of the twin towers during the attack ... a story he propagated in vivid detail for years.

The special -- "Breaking Dad" -- aired Saturday night.

"The League" star wasn't as lucky with his lucrative Buffalo Wild Wings commercial, which was yanked off the air after he fessed up.
